I have had the best experience with this company. I had been living in my apartment for only 2 1/2 months and I became very ill. I noticed a mildew smell coming in badly, and I called ASAP restoration and was given advice of what to do and useful information. ASAP restoration had referred me to a company to come out and do mold testing within 24hrs. Come to find out there had been mold in the walls and was not properly fixed from previous water damage. I am so thankful to have made that call when I did, it was inhabitable environment to continue to live in with myself and children. I am definitely going to keep them for future reference and will recommend them to anyone in need! Cleaned all my clothes and rugs. I think they are overpriced. My art work looks the same as when they took it. I do not think it was even touched but i sure was charged for it. Backing paper was still water stained. Looks like they just dried it out. I could of left it in this AZ heat to dry it off too. Took 3 months to get things back with multiple calls to get that accomplished.
