I called the emergency line on Saturday at 7:25PM because my AC had stopped working and the house was at 86 degrees. I spoke to Chase, and he was able to get my house on the list for the following day on Sunday at 4:00PM. The AC was fixed very quickly within 15 minutes and the house has began cooling down. Thank you for your speedy service in under 24 hours. It was very important to me to get the AC fixed as quick as possible as I have a puppy. I definitely recommend this company and will share with anyone else who needs repairs or AC help.

Had cactus mechanical replace my complete HVAC system when the A/C failed about 1.5 years ago. Was pleased with the knowledgeable employees from the person who assessed my house to the installers of all the components. The person who assessed my house actually found out that my A/C units tonnage was wrong for the size house I own.

Fast forward to the current date, while in my attic I noticed a hose that was not correctly installed when it was replaced. I called Cactus Mechanical and they came out the next day. They noticed the same discrepancy from the install and fixed the problem with no charge. Now I know what you may be thinking. They should've definitely, with no question, fix the problem with no charge; I thought that as well. But the fact that it was 1.5 years after the install could've gave an unfair company enough reason to not fix the problem free of charge. The fact that they did makes them good in my book.

A different company wanted to replace multiple parts estimated over $3K to repair my heater. I decided to get a second opinion and called Day and Night. The Day and Night technician had 17 years experience and was able to diagnose the issue resulting in a faulty thermostat. Quickly installed and reasonable price. Thank you!

AC went out last week-end, and of course, it was a very stressful situation. I had 3 different AC companies come out and each told me the same thing. Just Air had the best finance option and were willing to meet or beat the price of the competition. One company stated that the Just Air price and schedule.would be just cutting corners. I ended up choosing Just Air for the work and they were just awesome. James in the field and Danielle in the office are a great team. I would recommend them to anyone.

We have owned our home in Scottsdale for 32 years and have had a few air conditioners installed during that time. This last time we shopped several different companies before we chose Scottsdale Air. Absolutely the best experience from walking in the door, shopping product, installation and most importantly, customer service. Mike and his entire staff were very professional and friendly. My AC went out last week and needed to be replaced. It was 110 out and AZ Perfect Comfort was able to replace it in 2 days where everyone else was at least a week. Excellent customer service and workmanship. I highly recommend.

It said 24/7 response. While I admit 2:30 am is not an opportune time to set up an appointment, I have two cats and a dog in a house that is 83F in the middle of the night after what I believe is the fan breaking down in the AC. By midday, I'm going to to have to relocate them and myself.The response I got for using the emergency phone number was an answering machine that stated you have reached **muffled noises like a phone being rustled in a pocket** followed by an answering machine beep to leave a message. Not exactly a promising lead.Edited update: A response 2 months after the incident occurred using passive aggressive undertones. Yeah, about what I expected.

System was running fast cycles and although still cooling the house, I knew something wasn’t right. The condenser line in the attic accessible thru a tiny crawl space was the culprit. After trying first to blow the line clean, the line had to be cut, the clog cleared and the line repaired. Very happy with the extremely professional Tech Stuart and the less than 4 hour call to service arrival. I ended up purchasing a 47 month maintenance plan, which included today’s service cal and repair. Very pleased.

On a typical Phoenix summer night of 105 degrees my a/c went out. At about 10 p.m. I sent an email to Comfort One with the hope that they would be able to come out is in a couple of days anyway.
I was pleasantly surprised when at 6 a.m. I received an email and a text that they could be out to see me at 9:30 that morning. I accepted and it came to pass. I've been using Comfort One for a number of years. So many HVAC companies take advantage of the consumer's lack of knowledge and panicked state of mind. Comfort One can be trusted completely. That's why I feel comfortable referring this company to my friends and family.
