Dennis Supernaw was recently at my home to replace all of my under-sink water shut-off valves. They had become corroded over the years and he recommended the Dahl Co. brand as a top replacement model. I researched this and found it to be true. They make the best valves in the market and it seemed like a wise investment to put them in. Dennis showed up on time, was very professional and explained everything clearly while he was working. I would call to have him return for any future needs. Thank you Dennis.

We needed a new valve on our water main late on a Friday night and Alan was more then happy to respond. He did great work and was very polite.

Great experience with Hero Home Services from the first contact. They could have scheduled someone same day but I didn't need them till the next day. Joel came and did a fantastic job. He explained everything that had to be done before they charged anything and kept me in the loop the entire time. I highly recommend this company.

Was very pleased with Mark and Danny. I received a quote very quickly and they were on time. They replaced 4 stuck valves, added a recirculation pump to my water heater, updated the clothes washer connection (it was very outdated), and fixed the kitchen sink drain line. I do not rate many companies with 5 stars. So, 4 stars is high praise from me. One minor issue, that was quickly resolved before they left. That said, I would call them again.

Biggest waste of time and money. They were requested to come to our home by our property manager. They were here for 45 minutes, did not unclog the drain and they left. They want the property manager to put in a clean out becasue they do not want to go on the roof or pull a toilet. So he left, he did absolutely nothing but wasted time.

All hours plumbing came to our house very quickly while we were experiencing an emergency water leak. The owner Jim, was professional and courteous during his visit. Je was quick to diagnose the problem and fixed the issue the same day!! I would highly recommend All hours plumbing llc.

Second Opinion Plumbing were great! We were having issues with our hot water heater and it was time to be replaced. They were able to come to our home quickly and replaced our hot water heater in no time! They were very professional, affordable and easy to work with!

Technician was friendly and efficient. Price quoted was outrageous - $1000+ to replace an AC fan motor - I googled, found out the motor cost less than $200, so I went with someone else who is less than half.

Our hvac was not blowing any air. Called Hays late morning and a tech was here by afternoon to diagnose. We were given an honest assessment to remedy. Not the first time we use Hays and we were so pleased there was no doubt to call them on the current problem! Problem fixed!

We previously had a good experience with a tech from Penguin Air two years ago. So when our AC started to experience problems this summer we called Penguin Air (Bad Mistake). The first service guy (Ryan Dayzie) comes out and installs a new compressor ($400) and signs us up for the service plan. After a month of the same problem persisting the second guy comes (Matthew Neidick) comes out and adds refrigerant ($600) and mentions a couple of times that we should probably replace our 6 year-old unit. The next day we call back because the same problem from a month ago continues to persist so the third guy comes out (Sky Lundburg) and tells me I should replace the unit without checking anything. He didn't go up into the attic or hook up any of his gear... he just made an educated opinion that our unit is too small and needs to be replaced. And gave me a quote for a new unit. So we called their competitor Parker and Sons and they came out and fixed the problem within 10 minutes ($200). Turns out the condensation line was clogged and needed to be cleaned so water didn't back up in the pan and trip the system.Penguin Air is a typical AZ Air conditioning company that tricks people into spending money on unnecessary work they don't need. They come out and sow confusion so you panic and pay them. The worst part is the front like they are a Christian company with American Flags flying in all of their pictures. As a Veteran of three combat tours, I would appreciate if they didn't use the American flag as marketing scheme. I will report my experience to the better business burial and google reviews.

These guys do great work. They are very quick to solve the issue and are always very professional. I would and have recommended them to anybody needing plumbing work. They will be my plumber from here on out

Just had our late spring A/C maintenance and the Donley service rep was totally professional and efficient. We've been with Donley since 2010 and they are a company that is well managed which shows up in their employees and how they take care of customers.
