My service tech Vicente was very professional and courteous. He was on time and took care of the situation quickly. He also explained everything to me and showed my how to remove the cover.I also thought they very reasonable. I highly recommend Penguin Air & Plumbing!!

Tom and the customer service team did a great job finding an unusual problem with my tankless water heater and got it fixed!

Technician Ryan is very informative and easy to work with. This is the second time I have used Ryan for A/C tune-up and repair though at two different houses. He is trustworthy and won't try to up sell services or items you don't need. She was also very friendly and professional. I am very happy I called First Choice Mechanical and will for sure call them when I need help again.

I called the emergency line on Saturday at 7:25PM because my AC had stopped working and the house was at 86 degrees. I spoke to Chase, and he was able to get my house on the list for the following day on Sunday at 4:00PM. The AC was fixed very quickly within 15 minutes and the house has began cooling down. Thank you for your speedy service in under 24 hours. It was very important to me to get the AC fixed as quick as possible as I have a puppy. I definitely recommend this company and will share with anyone else who needs repairs or AC help.

Cave Creek, We had 4 ac companies come to look and give estimate on broken ac. All 4 said cant repair and would have to replace entire ac unit for $5000-$12000. Called Just Air and within the hour James showed up and gave us multiple options and he repaired it within 15 minutes. HE was very professional and HONEST!!

After having a bad experience with a Phoenix AC company whose company founder has the initials G.B., I used word of mouth to find a recommended PHX air conditioning company. The recommendation led me to REEis. Thus far, ~1 month into the new installation, I have no major issues and feel that I got a reasonable price. For price, I had three quotes and I talked to my neighbor who had two recent quotes for his kids house. REEis still owes me a major item so hopefully, I do not have to make any adjustments to this review. By the way, I am not a paid review. I know it is hard to trust online reviews these days ... and that is why I started with a recommendation who was my wife's sister (they had used REEis about six months before we used them)..

They were quick to respond when other companies were giving me a 3 day wait. The service member got straight to the point and figured out the issue within minutes. He explained the issue very thoroughly and in a way I could understand. He got the new part installed and the AC back up and running within minutes. Price was good and service was great.
