Don came to our house and was completely professional from start to finish. The job involved working outside in the heat. He stayed as late, 9pm, as he needed to so that the job was complete. We will definitely use Custom Plumbing of Arizona again and be asking for Don!

I just used Parker & Sons for a job a couple weeks ago. Something felt off about the whole experience, so after Parker and Sons left my home I got a 2nd opinion from another licensed bounded company in the valley.They told me that parker and sons didn't ground the switches, they used aluminum to ground the bathroom outlet, they used temporary connectors instead of a permanent ones for aluminum wiring ( according to the consumer product safety commission) and on top of that they charged a little over 3k when other companies charged roughly $1,500.I feel as though I have been taken advantage of and the whole process felt like buying a car from a car salesman. Had our second maintenance call with Freddy. He remembered us and our equipment so I didn't have to explain everything again even after 6 months. He's very polite, friendly, explains everything well, makes sure we understand and all our questions are answered. Other than being rescheduled 3 times by the office (not Freddy's fault) it was a great experience.

Had Penguin Air & Plumbing replace the A/C and air handler in my home. They left the dry wall damaged as well as the floor damaged. They are repairing the dry wall, but are refusing to repair the flooring. Do not recommend. We were informed this was part of the risk. Go find another company that doesn't consider damage they cause as a risk.Editing: appears they also installed the duct work incorrectly and tried to claim they didn’t touch it, however camera and audio picked up the technicians conversations about the duct work. Electric bill is higher with new install than from before.Editing: claimed they scheduled a flooring person and turns out that was not scheduled. Still waiting…

Travis came out for a clog I had which my sinks were draining slow and within an hour he got them working again, very clean and professional. Definitely will use Neel's plumbing again!

Today's experience with Jenna was great! She was following up on service that was done on a new system a couple days ago and came prepared. She checked that everything done was still working properly, that there were no leaks and then cleaned coils before finishing up. We're ready for summer!

The tank of our toilet was leaking. He was able to analyse the situation, offer a reasonable quotation, and resolve the issue fast. I would utilise this service again without a doubt.

As an update to the HVAC review below, we just followed our own recommendation and used Day & Night for a water softener and carbon filter installation and had another superb experience with them. James, our technician, was absolutely great to work with, from his initial visit for the estimate through to the final installation. His work was excellent, the cost was again very competitive and we are so grateful to James for him working on the installation (which was 100% outdoors) through a very atypical Arizona afternoon of heavy rain!...........We would highly recommend Day and Night after a superb experience with them installing our 2 new HVAC units. The initial consultation with Brian Kearley was great, as was his support all the way trough the project, with him being extremely professional and very responsive. The deal was very competitive and the installation was also exemplary. The team were pleasant, efficient and the process was completed quickly with a very effective clean up. We were aware that there would also be a post-installation inspection however this also exceeded our expectations in the level of thoroughness. We'll certainly be looking to use Day and Night for any future HVAC or plumbing needs and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I was having problems with my A/C unit not cooling. The fan wasn't spinning and only a humming noise was heard. Stuart MYERS, my tech had arrived and troubleshooting the problem, corrected it and got my air circulating again. Mr. Myers as very professional and knew his job and performed well. I would recommend him for an A/C job concerns.After the temporary repair was completed, I did discuss with ACE Home Services about obtaining a new A/C unit. My unit was older than 12 years and failing. I did purchase a new Carrier A/C unit and had it installed on 7/8/ 2019 by two technicians, Tim and Joshua. They arrived promptly at the time they said they would be there and began work as scheduled. The old unit was removed and the new unit installed and tested in about 5 hours. Tim and Joshua were very knowledgeable about their job and very courteous. I was satisfied with the results and would recommend ACE to my friends.

Terrible! They didn't show up and when I called to explore what happened they teed off on me. Wasted 2 hours with them. Never use them again!
