My home warranty company sent a different plumber out to diagnose the problem. By the time we got them access to the shower valve they were booked a couple weeks out so my Home Warranty sent out this company. The plumber was on time, professional, actually just a very nice guy. He respected my home and my time. Most importantly, he took care of the repair that was needed

Mike was dispatched quickly and when he arrived he was very clean cut and friendly and was able to give me confidence in his expertise. He troubleshot the problem and was able to locate a part within the state. he made arrangements for it to be shipped. he arrived the next day and installed the part quickly and had us running again. Mike was extremely professional and polite and I would request him again and recommend him to everybody else

The technician was Binh. He was great. Very knowledgeable and found the problem very fast. He checked out the motor capacitor and found it was showing signs of wear. Discussed replacement with one with better specs. Went with his suggestion.

Cody came out and gave me an estimate. I felt totally confident with him because he took the time to explain all my different options so I could make a better decision. The warrany and service they provide far exceeded other companies. . A company and warranty is only as good as their employees. I know I made a good choice. Thank you, Cody. Eric did an excellent job. He was the first of many techs to finally diagnose why there has been an abundance of dust getting into the house. I was very satisfied with his service.

Initially they came out when I called and asked for a diagnostic done on a unit that wasn’t working. Jimmy came out made a quick assessment went through the options with me in regards to replacement of broken part or replacement of entire unit very transparent with all costs. There was absolutely no pressure my wife and I decided to replace the unit and two days later we’re sitting in an icebox. This company is a real deal I would recommend them to anybody who needs service or a replacement done on the air-conditioning. The install team was timely and very thorough with all aspects of installation and coordination of crane timing, and removal of old unit. Hats off
you guys are first class !

A very good HVAC service company, prices are reasonable and technicians show up on time to get the job done.

I was having issues with my thermostat not working. James called me and walked me through the wiring of my thermostat and I found the incorrect wire. This saved me a service call. This is the second time I have used Just Air. They are professional and responsive!

I have used this company for 20 years in both my home in Arcadia and now the Biltmore Estates. They are prompt, very knowledgeable and present you with various options depending on the size of your home as well as your lifestyle. They file the rebate information for you and make the experience as seamless as possible...They had to crane the unit into my yard and did not disrupt the neighborhood at all....Great company and so clean that I never knew they were here........ Fred, Ray, Dan! What a Team!

AZ Perfect Comfort took what could have been a long, uncomfortable situation for my family and made it a shining example of what good customer service can do.

Our A/C went out on a Sunday night. It was set to be 117 degrees that week. I left a message with AZ Perfect Comfort. Ray arrived early the next morning. Ray had our A/C bandaged and temporary cooling. Ray took the time to explain what happened and our options. After a very thorough discussion and subsequent high-quality estimate from Fred, we decided to replace our 10 year old system.

Dan and Ray arrived early to completely replace our system. They were done by noon. Fast, efficient and personable. I especially liked the color Dan used to describe our new system.

The front office kept me informed of the process and assured all details were in place for a smooth transition.

The temperature in our house is now more even that it ever has been. A much more comfortable home of my family. Thank you!

Steven took the time to investigate ongoing issues we were experiencing, rather than just doing a cursory inspection. The fixes were simple, but will greatly reduce irritants within the home. Additionally, he came up with 2 viable solutions for fixing a design flaw with our shower ventilation! We can't thank him enough for taking the time to think outside the box and explain his ideas.

I have had them install, do duct work and fix broken units on my properties. Prices are reasonable. Technicians are knowledgeable. They treat your home like it is theirs.

When my furnace would not come on I called
One Guard Home Warranty to ask them to help me. They immediately sent a work order to Sun Tech Air Conditioning.

SunTech called me and set up an appointment, asap.

Technician, Jose Manzo, arrived at my home, on time and prepared to get things done. Jose is professional, personable, knowledgeable and patient. He answered all of my questions, without hesitation. Jose quickly diagnosed the problem with my furnace. It needed a new igniter. He contacted his office. Jose and Sun Tech kept me in the loop as far as locating the needed part.

Luckily, Sun Tech had the correct igniter in their warehouse. Jose returned to my house the very next day to complete the job. After installing the part, Jose checked out the entire system and thermostat. He reported that everything he tested was within range!

When I have any problems with my furnace in the future, and/or air conditioning , I will definitely ask that Jose be the technician dispatched to my home. Jose is a great guy. I trust him and his ability to diagnose and repair any HVAC system.
