Our house was hit by a car. The crew that came out and shores the house up was great. They even came back the next day to tarp the roof for the incoming rain storms to prevent more damage, which we appreciated. But that’s where the good service stops. I was hopeful because I received a follow up call from the project manager and main office. In this situation there is no such thing as over communicating. We knew we had to wait for the structural engineering report to come back before we got a solid quote, but 2 weeks after the report was handed over we have heard nothing from this company. I’ve called the project manager twice, the office once, and sent 2 emails...all methods of communication have been ignored. We desperately want to get our house fixed and give them the money to do it, but based on the lack of communication I wouldn’t trust them to do the work even if they did eventually return our calls or emails. If anything I’m glad that we realized this before we had them start any work rather than get half way through the process and have them fail us.

Everette did a great job at drying everything out. Got roof and patio covered well too. Only problem was when he cut ceiling open and all the insulation fell out he could of sealed the area off before hand due to insulation getting everywhere. I had to wash down all counters and surfaces in the kitchen and living room when he was done. Plus rewash all my dishes that was in the strainer drying. Just don't realize how it travels through the air. He was very polite and when i needed him to come back he made arrangements quickly.

Mr. Eric Allen and his son Cameron were at our home immediately upon hearing of the damage. They worked expeditiously and spent the entire day remedying the situation. Not only did they stay until they found the source, they returned the following day (Saturday) at 6:00 AM to empty the effected areas. They moved all items to a storage facility. They worked in 110 degree heat until 5 PM that day, completely removing all wet drywall and insulation. They cleaned and vacuumed. They then installed many commercial dryers, answered any questions I had, in a very knowledgeable manner. They are by far a company that many could learn how to properly run a well oiled machine. I am going to advise people on Social Media, in the event they have an issue, in The Valley. They are a wonderful efficient team.They work tirelessly and are highly focused on superb quality service. I would give them a higher grade, if possible. They returned every day on a 24 hour interval to check their status & make appropriate adjustments, regardless of it being a weekend. They check every job, no matter how many there are. I have not experienced such exceptional customer service in my 57 years.

The upstairs condo flooded out my master bath. I called DRS and they arrived immediately. They provided the clean up, brought in huge dryers and tapped off the room with an added zipper for me to get to my clothes. They then sent in a mold inspector. They have been wonderful, efficient, professional, prompt and patient. I appreciate all their help and would highly recommend to anyone needing their services.

An inspection on the home we were selling revealed an unexpected mold patch in a bedroom closet, a mere six days before the scheduled closing. There was no way I could envision the job being done that quickly, but when Josh heard of my extraordinary circumstance, he quickly assigned his best guys to the task.

From the estimate to the mold removal to the testing to the reconstruction, every worker who came to my home was professional, personable, and dedicated to doing the best work possible. I trusted them to work in my home alone at times when I was unable to be there. The end product was flawless, and you truly would not have known that the wall and baseboard had been cut and replaced. And wouldn’t you know, the carpenter finished the final touches on the paint and left our home literally ten minutes before the buyers arrived for their final walkthrough—and they were also pleased with the result. I couldn’t believe the team actually pulled it off in that timeframe!

Again, ASAP Restoration exceeded my expectations throughout the entire process, and I highly recommend their services for anyone else’s mold, flood, or fire restoration needs. These are situations that nobody wants to be in—but if you find yourself in this unfortunate circumstance, you can put your trust in ASAP to make it right again.

I highly recommend Arizona Total Home Restoration. My condo got flooded by my upstairs neighbor. My condo is older, so asbestos was found in the joint compound. Nathan, Company President, and his team came in and answered all my questions (which were a lot). They did a phenomenal job on the asbestos abatement demolition. They were even able to help identify other issues that were uncovered once demolition was complete (e.g. different drain pipe leak). I am so thankful for their help!

My experience with Kowalski Construction was very rocky. The project manager did not have experience in the managerial side and wrote a scope with a price and completion date that we both signed off on. I always included a delay penalty. The project to be completed in 15 days and had a dollar quote. This was in March, and in May I was still trying to get my project complete. The PM kept changing the quote (6 total), cancelling appointments, cancel city inspections, cancelling workers and was totally disorganized. The owners were made aware of this and chose to do nothing.
Overall the workers were very conscientious and courteous and did great work, it was just the disorganization of the PM that made it a painful experience.

Owners response said I changed the scope, Never! did I change the scope. I gave a scope on day one and the PM was the one who decided to do changes, 6 to be exact. He handed me a contract in March that will take 15 days and when I had to go home in April, it was no where near done, if this is what he is referring to. I did not make ONE change to the project. I asked that the PM be taken off the project when I saw how inept he was, but the manager told me he would guide him and that did not happen. Example, the water damage was on a 10 ft wall and no where near a corner, yet he said he needed to break down the wall in the library to fix the leak. I said no and when they tore down the wall in the bath, it was at least 3-4 ft away from the library wall. He was ready to tear down if I had not stopped him. The PM cancelled the workers for days at a time, he cancelled the city inspector making all of us sit and wait because he couldn't coordinate it with another project.
This is 100% Kowalski actions, they seemingly want to blame me. The less than full payment was the delay penalty I always build into my construction contracts. Then I was more than generous!
