Best Ductless Air Conditioner in Phoenix AZ

I was in need of a complete new system install, heat pump and air handler. During the in home consultation I became aware of attention to detail that the other companies didn't offer so I went with Desert Diamond Mechanical. The technicians that performed the work carried over the same attention to detail. The air handler required additional configuration to be the most efficient possible and the end result was more even air flow throughout making for a much more comfortable home. Even the thermostat is high quality and user friendly. The new system is far above what I had and I'm completely satisfied. If someone is looking for attention to detail and a very professional install Desert Diamond Mechanical is an excellent choice.

The customer service the lady in the office Mariana has is just the best! she was able to answer all my questions and explain to me everything that needed to be done to my ac unit and show me the diff cost of all the things.

I called Goettl as I wanted a reputable company that I could trust. Aaron came out to inspect my existing rooftop unit which I knew I would eventually need to be replaced and he was thorough and took many pictures to show the dying unit. I got a bid to replace it and was very impressed with the installer me Adrian and Cesar. They were very detailed and explained everything that they were doing and what to expect from the system when it was operating. Thank you to all the employees that assisted in getting me a unit that I won’t have to worry about for years.

They were incredibly fast and able to replace our broken HVAC system in between our guests’ stays. They were great at communicating with us quickly and with care. Their warranty is also excellent. They weren’t the cheapest but they had the best overall package of service and warranty. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I spoke with Amy on the phone who was extremely knowledgeable about AC systems. She walked me through the entire process for a home that I was getting ready to sell. Prompt and on time service from the service tech Brad who was very thorough and made sure to do things the right way not the easy way. Absolute pleasure working with A & M Mechanical as a whole. So much so that I have asked them to do my full AC inspection on our new home. Thanks again for all your help!!!

Cleaned out AprilAir built in humidifier. Miles was very informative. My husband said he knew more about all the difference types of AC's x5 than anyone he has worked with and asked that I keep their information for future use.

How could you go wrong with anything Disney! It was the first weekend of the Christmas holiday season. Christmas music was playing people are in good moods lots of things to do lots of eateries! You went to Splitsville the bowling alley had lots of fun it was about $24 per person for 1 hour and include your shoes.

Garbage company. They don't care about their customers. They will break your AC unit then treat you like the worst human being possible. They still have yet to fix my AC and its been over 2 weeks now. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.
