Best Ductless Air Conditioner in Phoenix AZ

They fixed some things with my A/C. It was a bit expensive, but they took pictures and took plenty of time to explain the issues. It's just a bit overwhelming to be thrown so many "issues" at once with only expensive and temporary solutions proposed. I'll see if this is an ongoing pattern or if it is just a one time thing in time.if it continues to always be major issues I may try some other options.

Very easy to get an appointment. Always call before they come. All technicians have been very friendly and professional and they do superior work.

Installed brand new in our new build and it just hit a year and lots has already gone wrong. Just seems like they chose to small of a unit for my house size. Called because it is not cooling the house and running constantly trying just to get it to 80 in the house and the soonest they can get to us in 8 days, not to mention they were here yesterday and installed a new valve because the one on our brand new unit went out. So, they can't even come out and fix their mistake right away and get it running correctly. Instead they make us suffer with a hotter house, higher electricity bill because our unit is constantly running and more wear and tear to our unit. Really disappointed right now.

Extremely courteous staff who answer the phones and the plumber explained everything he was going to do and why. Was unable to repair the same day due to not having the parts on his truck, however advised would be back the next day to complete the work and completed the work well ahead of schedule. Great follow through. Thank You and would highly recommend Day & Night.

Shout out to Billy Easley who came to my house and actually spent some time diagnosing my system. He came up with an unusual diagnosis. He was respectful, smart and on time. A competitor had looked at the system, gave me a typical diagnosis and never called back or followed through. Probably because they didn't really know what was wrong.In the meantime, I'm a senior citizen and night time temperatures are below freezing. I have no heater and no solution.Until Billy showed up. He said he'd put Urgent on getting the part, but I should use a space heater until he could get back next week. At least I know where I stand.I'm grateful Billy showed up and I am finally on the way to having my heater back on.
