Daquon wasn’t great - polite and friendly AND he didn’t make me feel stupid about the problem I had.

Ideal, the Hays technician, did our annual A/C service. He was friendly and did an excellent job. He took pictures of the unit and explained the work he had performed and let me know that the unit was performing well without any issue. I was really happy with the job he did for us and I recommend Hays for HVAC maintenance and service. They also installed a new AC unit for us last year and did an excellent job on that as well.

January 14, 2023The service by the Penguin Air Plumbong Company and Staff was great. Jackson LeBaron did an excellent job with removing the bad hot water heater and got Premier Restoration involved to schedule the necessary repairs and restoration of my property. He is extremely Professional and caring about my wife and myself. I high recommend Penguin Air for any problems related to A/C, Plumbing & Heating. Our AC went out 2 hours before a big event we were hosting. I called Desert Diamond and they were able to send a tech out with in the hour. Matthew arrived and was very professional, kind and was able to get the AC back up and running just in time for our event. He truly came through for us! We will definitely be using them again in the future!

Chase is amazing! I got several quotes when I needed AC replacement. Valley's Best quote was by far the best and their service has been amazing. Chase has stopped by on occasion just to reset my thermostats or change my air filters. They have also done plumbing work for me. I highly recommend Chase and Valley's Best!

2 vents were replaced without switches (and without my knowledge, too). The walls were recently painted and the man pulled the old vent out and it also peeled out the paint. He did not communicate with me about what happened. Dishonesty, over priced and poor quality of work.

Great company. Had my a/c up and running in no time. Highly recommend these guys.

I collected many bids for replacing the A/C heat pump package for my home.  I found Francisco Marquez of King Mechanical to be the most competitive.  I don't usually take the lowest bid, but  when he came out to my home I felt more comfortable with him than any other vendor.  There was no pushiness.  He was very informative.  I purchased a nest thermostat and he installed it when he installed my A/C system.  He even taught me how to use this high tech stuff, and didn't ask to get paid for that.  Very clean work, and very professional.  His price was all inclusive, and there were no hidden fees.
Even though his business is relatively new, he advised me he has worked many years in this profession.  I got a good review from the board of registered contractors when I called to inquire about his company.
