I think that this review of a general contractor is a bit unusual as I don't have a single complaint or issue. It isn't easy to find a general contractor and we hit the jackpot when we went with Ray Ouellette General Contracting. Shannon and his company provided a build out of a 2400 square foot office condominium investment property I purchased. Can't say enough good things about Comfort Experts. Ryan and his crew are consummate professionals. I had a poor experience with another AC company that could not resolve my issues. I called Ryan and he took it as a personal matter to get it figured out. He was able to determine the issue and presented me with options to resolve it. Got a new train A/C unit installed. I had 2 companies come out and B3 got the job done at a better price and with a higher quality unit. They also had it done the next day and the other company was a few days out. Nice experience working with Keith over there.

never responds or sends updates. says he will be there at a certain time and never shows up. have been without air for a week in 100+ degree heat. if i could give zero stars i would, do not recommend!!
