Aaron from ZonaRestoration went above and beyond to get my house back to normal after flood and mild damage, in the shortest amount of time. Zona did an immaculate job, took attention to detail and were punctual and reliable. I've had flood damage before and the previous company did not even come close to Zonas standards! I know and appreciate the difference Zona makes in their customer service. If they say they show up at x date/time, they do! If they say they will call, they do!
They have handled my highly uncooperative insurance company with grace and I feel truly sorry they received the run-around from said insurance company.
