Quick, clean, experienced, efficient, thorough, and very detailed about the quality of work given!! After previously having another company come out to try & identify the source of a leak, (which they could not find after cutting into the wall and ceiling!) A.P.E.S. was called out & Dominic was GREAT from the moment he walked in the door! Experience matters, they know what they're doing and he made everything so simple and smooth! He was able to pinpoint and address the leak within the hour. Very personable and clean work!! I can see Dominic truly cares about doing his work right, he has integrity!! I like the supervisor (Jerry) that was assisting along the way, He always responds the messages on time and he's follow up is accurate. Other then that i just hope the job last long because we spend a lot of money, i can't say much because we just got our A/C units done today however We'll see in few months or years.

Took them up on their advertised “$45 Unclog any drain and Free Camera Inspection” offer. Tech showed up with no camera on his truck, then ran a snake with no retrieval, cutting, or any other attachment head until he hit the clog then gave up. I guess it’s $45 for a half hearted attempt?I should’ve read the other poor reviews before contacting them.

Alejandro was great. He came out and figured out what was wrong with the AC unit. He spent good time making sure that he knew what the problem was and was able to fix it.

The entire team has been most responsive and supportive throughout our restoration project. Myke the manager and Maria in the office were particularly professional, courteous, understanding, and efficient. James and Cameron, the technicians were prompt and completed their service professionally and cleaned up very nicely. Everyone in the office supported us through an otherwise hideous and unpleasant process.

We had an under-foundation leak and needed someone ASAP. Scott was able to get out quickly, assess the situation, and recommend what needed to be done. Scott was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It was an easy decision to go with Scott. He was able to fix the problem without putting a hole in our floor.
