I have been using this fine company for the past 5 years (at least). The technicians are always well trained and equipped for the work at hand. Their pricing has always been very competitive and the quality of the work is top notch. I have 3 A/C units on the roof and their preventative service plan adds peace of mind. I feel strongly about this locally owned company and recommend them to neighbors and friends, always with happy outcomes.

Company showed up without the necessary thermostats. The tech was unfamiliar with the equipment even though he was nice. I got none of the questions answered and when they offered to come back another day and do the work the prices were outrageous charging nearly $300 to install the thermostats with two wires. Not even an offer to reduce the cost of installing them after screwing the entire job up and costing me a half a day off of work to be at the house for absolutely nothing. The company is not only hard to spell but completely incompetent

I have a vip plan with Collins Comfort Master. They were unable to assist me with my plumbing issues. Day & night were very accommodating and incredibly responsive. Fixed the sewer line issue and came in $1000 less than their original quote.

The best thing you can do as a home owner to protect your equipment and avoid breakdowns is have be on a regular maintenance plan. I highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort and their 2x a year maintenance. They are professional, responsive, and keep my system humming along all year without downtime.

I have been a customer of alien air for several years now and have been extremely happy with their service. Most recently I had a routine service appointment scheduled and both the company and the individual repair guy called me the day of to keep me updated on his arrival time. He was punctual and polite and knowledgeable. He was happy to answer any questions I had and explain what was being done before he did it. Overall, great service for a reasonable price!

This review is from todays routine maintenance but for some reason added to my original review of the installation of new system..I still give high praise to the company and their staff.. The service tech was friendly, patient and answered all questions..From the initial phone call to the estimate to the installation of our heat pump everyone was professional, thorough and prompt. Michael's evaluation and estimate was so thorough he found a filter we were not aware of. In the five years living in this house we had service calls and multiple repairs/issues yet no one ever mentioned that filter. We also had 2 other estimates for this new unit and no one mentioned it or the fact that our circuit breaker box was good (upgraded 3 1/2 years ago) but the guage of wire from it to the new 3.5 ton heat pump was small and needed to be replaced. (All 3 estimates were on the same heat pump, not something comparable.Day of installation Louis, Drew and Michael all arrived when we were told they would, Michael and Drew mostly focused on removal and installation of heat pump while Louis focused on the wiring and getting it to the heat pump from the breaker box. He was like an artist in his workmanship and installing it to our newly stuccoed home. We so appreciate the care he took. When the crane arrived it was all hands on deck, very efficient and quite impressive.They were all approachable and answered questions when asked and afterward Drew and Louis reviewed things and went over the new thermostat. This company is outstanding. Thank you Garrett, Michael, Drew and Louis for such a FANTASTIC job and such attention to detail. We could not be more pleased.

Owner , Dustin, called at 8 am and said he would be out that day to install my new water heater. I asked him if he would be doing it himself. He said yes. I informed him I would like to be here during installation. Hours went by and I finally got a text at 2pm stating someone is going to my house now. The tech actually was already at my house my babysitter told me. I was very upset. I should have been called BEFORE someone was at my house and a time should have been discussed. I am not just sitting around my house all day waiting for someone to show up with no notice. I informed him I was not home and I specifically told him I wanted to be there. Also, I was upset he sent some other tech after he told me he would be doing it himself. I agreed to let that technician take out the heater and I would be home by the time the other one went in. I arrived at home to find nothing had been done. I had to call him when I got home and asked him why it wasn't removed. He said he sent the tech to another job. I asked him again if this is going to be done today. He said YES! However, 5:00 comes around with no call from Dustin. He text me at 5:00 asking if I needed it done tonight or can it wait until tomorrow. I text him back and said I really need it tonight. I have been without hot water for 3 days already. I have 4 kids and we all need a shower. Five minutes later I got a phone call from someone else in his company , since he didn't want to tell me himself, saying a technician had a death in the family and could not do it tonight. Really?! 5 minutes late all the sudden their is a death?! He was just hoping I would let him off the hook and tell him he could come tomorrow morning and when I didn't say that he made his buddy call me with a an excuse. What a horrible excuse. At least be honest. I was extremely upset. I called the next day and Dustin was very rude could clearly care less about customer service. I ended up having to find another company to do the work. Luckily the next company was AWESOME! He could have had a customer for life if he could have just been honest and followed through with what he told me he was doing. He has now not only lost my business but he has lost my grandma's as well (who was a previous customer). We will be taking all our business to the new company I found.
