Our water heater went on a Saturday morning. On chance we Called George Brazil. They were out within 2 hours, the technician Tom was friendly, knowledgable and courteous. A couple of hours later we were back in business. We had a positive experience and will highly recommend George Brazil.

James did a great job! Got some outside hose pipes(if that's what you call them haha) replaced and repaired. He was on time, down to earth, diligent, and most importantly got the issue resolved. We used Penguins online apt scheduler from their website. Had an apt that day and the issue fixed the next. I recommend Penguin to all.
