Best Drain Drain Inspection in Phoenix AZ

Great company. I called all around to have a septic company come out and this company was able to come out within the week to inspect and pump out my septic. The owner is really nice and got back to me in a timely manner. Was very professional and quick. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs there septic pumped or inspected.

I reached out to Sewer Time after being in a house for 3.5 years with severe septic tank backups, as the homeowner I had no idea what the problem was and inherited it as a secret gift from the previous owner. The system that was onsite was reported to be from 1981 and had some sketchy notes in the permit application. Sewer time was able to come out to survey and diagnose my system’s problems, which turned out to be severe.

It was found that odd angles and adaptations had been made to the plumbing coming from my house, and that my septic tank was in hydraulic failure and was overwhelming the dry well that was installed in the 80s. It was also later found out during the dig that the back end of my actual septic tank precast concrete had a huge hole that was buried and concealed by the previous team. The diagnosis was to dig to the tank, repair any systems that could be repaired, and divert the drain into a new seepage pit. Bonus note, they were also able to repair my current septic tank and discouraged spending unnecessary money on a new tank.

Travis and Mike completed the entire job minus some small details, just the two of them. These guys are some of the kindest, most hard-working people I have ever met and some of the most reliable contractors. These two guys interacted with me and my family while we worked through this huge repair and were nothing but pleasant.

The scale of the job and the orientation of my backyard required a 14’ section of my brick wall to be removed to allow a larger excavator into the back yard to complete the job. I was concerned that it would be difficult to find and get another contractor to come for a small section repair like that, but Sewer Time was able to take care of the issue providing me with viable options to replace the wall or install a vehicle gate and was completed in a timely manner.

Overall, for how huge of a job this was and what a vital repair it was to my house and quality of life, I would 100% recommend using Server Time. These guys are legit.

On Erick's initial visit, he did a thorough inspection of our problem and gave a detailed estimate. It was a two person job, so he brought Anthony with him a few days later to do the work. The were both professional and polite, answering all my questions and making sure I was satisfied before I left. I'll call them again for my next plumbing need.

Our septic was hidden under a artificial grass play area in our yard. We had no idea where it was, Cave Creek Septic went to work like a team of archaeologists and found it in no time. It wasn't an easy job but they got it done, fixed some issues and put the yard back to what it looked like before they started. We are very happy with their service

I love this company. Every time I have used them, it has been a good experience. This last time we had a MAJOR issue - our entire water main had to be replaced and Ben A. did an awesome job! He was so nice and gave us the options. It was a difficult job because our landscaping had to be pushed away, a trench dug, and everything put back. He did it all in one day and afterwards you couldn't even tell any work had been done! A neighbor across the street had the same work done that took days and it looked horrible afterwards (we chose the right company!) Thank you Ben for such amazing service and pride in your work.

I had sewage coming up through my shower and tubs. I left phone messages with other companies and got voicemails. None of them have bothered to call me back. These people whom I got live on the phone made an appointment the same day at noon. Showed up at 11:55 prompt. Very kind and considerate with any questions I had. I will be giving them a call again in three years. I only hope the lord is good to them and have many years of business.

It was time to have our septic tank pumped out. A American came out the next day, and actually arrived 2 hours early than scheduled.

They also replaced one of the tank inspection plugs which had cracked in two, at no extra charge.

On top of that, they were significantly lower in price then three other companies that I had called.

I really can't say enough good things about Jake and Black Mountain. We operate a short term rental and had our septic tank filter clog and tank needing to be pumped. To make matters worse, we didn't know where the exact location of the tank or lids since the home was a fairly recent purchase for us. Jake located, dug everything up, installed risers, new filters, lid and cleared our blockage. All within a few hours of our call. We had a real sh*tty situation on our hands, but Jake took care of quickly, effectively, and a very reasonable rate. We now have a reminder to have them out for our annual inspection and cleaning here on out.

Had a backed up septic system. Initial call was informative, helpful, and able to schedule next day pump out. Juan called early to say when he would be arriving, was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, quick service and answered all my questions. Great experience and I will use them again. They helped alleviate a difficult situation.

This company used to be pretty good, but not anymore. I have called twice for emergency service to our medical practice. The first time they said they were sending someone ASAP; six hours later a plumber showed up. The problem was not solved properly so I had to call again today. I told them it was an emergency. They said they could not come out. Our company will never use them again.

Thought I had a plugged drain but it was a full septic tank. I called 4 or 5 places to get it pumped out but everyone was telling me that it would be next week before they can get to it. I called Septic Medic and was told the same thing. When I told the lady on the phone that it was full and can't drain, she put me on hold. After a few minutes on hold, she said that she would have someone heading my way in a few minutes. It was 4:00 pm when I called and he was here in about 30 minutes. I already had the small service port on the tank exposed but the driver (Kyle) said it would be better if he could get in through the larger port to make sure he can get all of the waste out. He dug with a shovel until he found it, then chipped away at concrete that was poured on top of the tank until the sun was almost gone. He could have just taken the easy way out and used the port that I had already opened (I wouldn't have known the difference), but he wanted to do the job right. Septic Medic went above and beyond to take care of me today. They did not charge for emergency service, but I would have gladly paid it. These people care about their business and reputation. We needed a septic transfer inspection performed to close on a house the week of Thanksgiving. I called Ducks on Monday and they completed the inspection on Tuesday, sent the report to me and the title company and billed me what they had quoted over the phone. I found them to be Prompt, Courteous, Efficient, and Accurate. What more could you ask for?

Was having water heater problems and went thru Lowe's.
Patrick came out to install the water heater. He was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and did excellent work.
The price was better then a lot of other places that was called when doing research in trying to find a good plumber.

Receptionist was friendly and professional. Someone was here within a few hours and resolved our issue with our septic tank right away at a reasonable price. Someone else had come earlier and gave us a huge estimate saying they had to do a lot of things that, obviously, were not necessary.
Very happy with their service. Will definitely call them back!

I contacted this company to come out as I had a clog in my sink. It was around 7:30pm and they were nice enough to come after hours (for a fee of course) and unclog my sink. I gave them access to my house through the front door and side gate and secured my dogs in the garage so they could move about the house with no problem or interference from my dogs. Roy and the gentleman who were with him did the work they needed to and said they were done with the job and cleaned up and left. I let my dogs out back to finish dinner and about an hour later was alerted to the 5 cops cars beside my house. I realized at that point, Roy left without closing the gate and my dog got out and was hit by a car and died shortly thereafter. I emailed the company to let them know about the situation and their response is that they have no liability for leaving gates and doors open and have offered me 100 bucks towards the 1k I spent that night. If you have animals, don't use this company, as they have no regard for animals and will leave your house without checking to make sure they secure their access points. HORRIBLE company with a HORRIBLE owner!
