Hays Cooling and Heating came out to my house in North Scottsdale. They were on time and provided quality work. What more could you ask for? I would recommend Hays to anyone in the valley. Thanks to them I have heat in my house again!

Today I need assistance with the main drain cause the water was backing up into the house. Connor was the technician whom came out. He was very professional and courteous and went straight to work on the area that needed drainage. He also mentioned and referred a company to come out and take care of the black water which was on my floor both carpet and tile. He also waited for the representative from that company to show up an hour after he completed his job. Thank you very much for sending out an outstanding person to take care of my problem, which made me feel at ease!!!!!!

I signed up for Hobaica's free home inspection for electrical and plumbing for my Mom's park model in ViewPoint Resort. Ian was on time, efficient and very personable. He found one of our hot water tanks was leaking and confirmed what I had called about, replacing an outdoor electrical outlet and fixing the light switch in our shed. We received a quote and were scheduled in a few days to have the work done.

Ian and Arron were a great team to watch. They worked first to drain and remove the old hot water tank and connections, then installed the new tank with all new connections, including a connection to drain the tank (if necessary in the future). I was also happy to have the outdoor electrical outlet and light switch in the shed fixed. That evening the porch lamp came on with the timer and I had the first shower from the new hot water tank. Thank you, Ian and Arron!

This was the first time we used Hobaica and I was impressed by the quality of the work and the people I communicated with throughout the process. I highly recommend them.

We had Garrett out through our home warranty for a a/c tune up. He did a great job and provided us with pertinent information regarding our unit. I usually don’t do memberships and such but it was definitely worth it to keep my unit running good!

Matt was incredibly helpful with getting our heating back up and working in a short amount of time. He also checked and notified me about other issues he noticed that we would should get fixed in the near future. He explained it all in a way that was easy for me to understand and was extremely friendly!

I can’t say enough about 1st Choice Mechanical. The one thing I appreciate above all else is communication and Tim was nothing less than a rock star about letting me know of any delays from an ordered part. He ended up going above and beyond to fix my AC by finding a quicker part from a local branch. These guys are a life saver and you should look to them for any of your needs.

A man named Val came out and got our faulty A/C up and running within 10mins of arriving. We were worried we would have to sweat through the night before our problem would be fixed but this guy fixed it and had our house cooling back down in no time. We were surprised someone would come out so late too, we knew it was a stretch to get someone out soo quickly and late at night on a weekend but these guys pulled through. True customer service. The best choice I ever made was to use Sun Devil Heating and Cooling to replace my A/C system, although I didn’t know it at the time. My schedule is incredibly busy due to my travel for work. I went into crisis mode when I came home late at night to my family with no A/C in 125 degree weather. I had no idea who to call or who had the best reputation for service. Sun Devil worked with me to get me on the schedule quick. Sun Devil’s team was professional, kind, and honest. What more can you ask for. I’m still grateful they understood my need for urgency. I think about them every time I walk into my home and it’s cool. Great experience.

Called Four Seasons for an estimate after another AC service quoted for a major repair. Four Seasons offered a free second opinion. On the visit, Chris from Four Seasons went up to the attic and said nothing major appeared out of order, and still offered to do a minor adjustment free of charge. I am used to high pressure sales tactics. This was a pleasant surprise. This is how you build customer trust. He did say there is a chance I may need a repair in the future and offered to send me an estimate. Great service. I'll definitely call if I need AC service in the future.

Leah was very nice and helped to set an appointment up quickly. Patrick was on time, friendly and very neat. Unfortunately, I was told I needed a new AC.
(1984 unit died) Patrick got all his information into the office and I soon received a emailed estimate.
Leah once again Leah set up an appointment. Mat and Ethan arrived on time and did a great job. Both were very professional. I was especially grateful for Mat's great clean up job. You would never know that someone had been working there.

12/2020 Absolutely the best experience I've ever had with a company from start to finish! Jason the sales representative was great ! He was professional, polite, friendly,and answered all my questions. They sent me a written estimate with discounts quickly. The installation team came on time and did a great job installing both my new AC and my gas furnace. They even fitted and played aluminum sheeting in the furnace area floor. The cleaned up everything before leaving. They came back 2 weeks later for final check and to make sure freon levels were good and that I was happy with my new AC. They installed surge protectors for both the AC and Furnace and installed a new thermostat too. The customer service was also outstanding! I've already recommend them to all my friends!Their prices are better then Parker & Sons and unlike Parker and Sons they weren't pushy and didn't try to sell me a more exspensive unit then I needed . Highly Recommend!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐4/6/2022 5 STARS ! Another great experience with Day & Night thanks to Matthew the plumbing specialist from Day& Night. He came out for my Water heaters annual service. I have their VIP service plan that covers both my water heater and AC. Matthew B. Was fantastic & did a great job! He drained my water heater checked all it's valves and checked all the faucets,toilets and water shut off valves inside the house too. He gave me a replacement price to replace a few valves that were frozen. Matthew called to let me know how soon he would be arriving was punctual, professional & funny! I loved his southern charm and his southern sayings too! He explained what need to be done and sent me an estimate to replace the valves to my email. Thanks for wearing booties in the house too! Highly recommend their VIP service plan. Thanks to the customer service people too for always being friendly,helpful and professional!

This company is amazing and great to work with. Our AC unit went down several times over a three day period and they sent a tech each day that we called. Sam, the General Manager, even came out himself on a Saturday to get the unit up and running. We ended up having Temperature Pro replace our full HVAC system and they were able to fit us in rather quickly and did an outstanding job.
