The technician was so professional, and genuinely a kind person. I was stressed out. He made me feel comfortable. I will definitely use him again. I will tell everyone that I know just how great Parker and son's Plumbing is.

I am very happy with this service! Dominic and Jose were very fast, professional, clean, and best of all quiet. They were in and out without me even knowing it, almost.

Second Opinion Plumbing were great! We were having issues with our hot water heater and it was time to be replaced. They were able to come to our home quickly and replaced our hot water heater in no time! They were very professional, affordable and easy to work with!

These guys may be great for plumbing, but I had a very negative experience with them for air conditioning. If it wasn't for the fact that I live in an apartment and the office picks who does work, I would have chosen a different company. It took about 5 trips to our apartment for leaking AC, promising different fixes, and sometimes fixing nothing at all. After the final fix, our air conditioning stopped working altogether. Our manager had someone else look at the problem. It turned out DW had connected the pump to the power source of the actual AC, causing it to not have the power to pump out cool air. After the other company looked at it and worked on, it worked again.
Aside from all of this, I had a couple issues with the way they acted while in our apartment. One of the first times they were working, my husband came home to them standing on one of our dining room chairs to reach the AC instead of using a stool. Another time, my husband and I were both home and the men working were talking and swearing quite loudly. I'm all for talking with co workers about whatever you want, but yelling and swearing every other word is not needed, especially when residents are home. There also seemed to be a lack of communication between technicians and the office. The office would tell our manager or me one thing (such as a technician is coming tomorrow at this time), yet a technician would show up without notice on different days and at different times. Technicians would also tell me work that needed to get done pending approval from our manager, yet when I would talk to our manager, she would have no idea that anything was needed. Very poor communication.
Overall, I was not at all impressed with this company. I have heard they do great with plumbing, but I'd honestly rather not give them the chance after our AC experience.

We are remodeling our kitchen and of course found more problems behind the scenes. We contacted them and had an appointment set up right away to assess the problem. Kelly came out and quoted us and fixed the leak in the same day. He was very nice and professional and got the job done quickly! We definitely recommend them if you need any plumbing fixes!

Jared was professional and courteous. This will bring me back to Hays plumbing every time I have a plumbing problem.

Joe from Peace of Mind Plumbing recently installed a new disposer, and then he checked my water heater. He showed me where the 10-year-old apparatus was leaking and that it needed to be replaced. To save on more leaking until he could return with the new water heater, he showed me how to turn it on and off in the meantime. The new water heater works great, and I had all the safety features installed - Joe always gives a choice and explains pros and cons very clearly. Finally, Joe put in a bathtub spout with a detachable shower spray, something I have wanted for a while. He did a very expert job on all of this. And I know he saved me money over the big plumbing outfits. Joe uses the highest plumbing standards, which is very much appreciated. Thanks, Joe. My parrots love being sprayed in the tub with the new sprayer!

David is a real pro. He checked the basics and then continued to dig deeper to ensure any needed upgrades were necessary or not...he confirmed we were all set with what we had. He didn't try to hard sell me. Great experience!

Travis came out for a clog I had which my sinks were draining slow and within an hour he got them working again, very clean and professional. Definitely will use Neel's plumbing again!

They are the worst plumbers in town didn't fix the problem and I ended up with other problems because of the attempted repair wouldn't use them if they were the last plummets on earth
