Dan V. provided plumbing services for us. He was prompt. He was clear in communicating with us. He came to our house at the appointed time, and did the work within the time allotted. He also told us about a couple of other minor items that he noticed that needed repair, and we also appreciate that. We were very pleased with Dan's service.

They were great! Showed up during the window they said, changed one part which was kinda pricey but reasonable because that same capacitor went out in the past. And took pictures of everything. Better to pay for one part than a 15k dollar new system here in AZ.

UPDATE***

Had to call these guys again. My front yard was flooding by a ruptured line. Mark and Abel came out and quickly found the source. Not only that, but after they explained they aren’t permitted to work on the rupture because it was not plumbing but rather irrigation, they still explained everything thoroughly and what I should do next. Shout out to Mark and Abel, very knowledgeable, professional, and overall good guys!

A man named Val came out and got our faulty A/C up and running within 10mins of arriving. We were worried we would have to sweat through the night before our problem would be fixed but this guy fixed it and had our house cooling back down in no time. We were surprised someone would come out so late too, we knew it was a stretch to get someone out soo quickly and late at night on a weekend but these guys pulled through. True customer service. Thanks Val!

I strongly recommend Heraldo and technician Kevin. I was told by a different company that my AC system need to be replaced as it was not repairable. I called sun devils for second opinion. Kevin did the inspection and within 15 mins, identified the problem. Its the thermostat that is faulty not the AC system. At the end of the hour, we got our AC back. This happened this week when the temperature in the valley hit 118 degrees. I would reach Heraldo if i ever have issues with my HVAC in the future.

The team at Four Seasons is awesome! The owners are always available when you need them and have questions, they also extremely knowledgeable within the industry. The Engineer Chris is fantastic, he is extremely knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service as well. I have used their services several times and is pretty much my go to spot when needing anything HVAC related.

Fantastic! I have an older home with an older a/c unit. I need a new unit but can't afford it right now. Well, it went out again and I have a family and just can't wait in the heat for a company to come out until usually the next day. It went out when it was about 110 degrees outside. So I looked at some reviews that said these guys came out quickly and I called.

This guy came out in about an hour! I couldn't believe it. They were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately my unit is so old that they don't make a fan motor for it any more. And that's what I needed. So they made a new universal one work instead of telling me too bad, you need a new unit. Well, they basically found a way to make it work right, but it had a few issues and they had to come out several more times. THIS WAS NOT THEIR FAULT, they were trying to make it work with the dinosaur I own. I looked at it. Fans just don't fit this way any more. It's a totally different set up. I can't believe he even tried for us.

Every time he came out, he refused to take a payment, even though he deserved it. He even gave me new parts for free to make it work. He just kept saying he wants to keep my business forever. And he will! Any other company would have charged $69 every time they came out. And it would've been justified. This was a rebuild with old junk, not a normal repair. AND each time he came out with in 1-2 hours.

I just couldn't believe it. I haven't seen someone care so much about service and keeping up a good reputation in so long. I wish everyone was like that.

The technician who serviced my house did a great job but the guy who came out after to look at my unit was a very pushy salesman (who insisted he wasn’t a salesman, you know the type). He told me I needed a $10,000 system replacement, but I thought that was extreme. I had a family friend recommend someone who came out and let me know that was a crazy overreaction and that all I needed was more refrigerant and my system would be good for the year. Had I just trusted this company I would’ve bought an expensive whole system in the middle of summer rather than maintain my existing unit for longer. Very dodgy business practice and I would not recommend them to someone else, but if you do use them make sure you get another quote from another company at the very least.

Service Tech, Leo, arrived ahead of schedule, presented in a professional manner, identifying himself and clarifying the purpose of our call for service. He then gathered the appropriate tools and I led him to where he could access the system to check it out.
Now, in my 6+ decades on the planet, I've been in various types of service businesses, where customer service is of utmost importance. I also happen to know a thing, or two about Air-Conditioning and HVAC, but am not now licensed to service them. Because of these facts, some might say I am Tough when it comes to 'vetting' service techs. (I have invited more than one to leave)
I simply expect a service Tech to Know what they're doing, and to be Professional about their doing it. Leo and AzPerfectComfort.com exceeded expectations. I am Very Happy with their Professional, Quality Service, and Attention to Detail.
