Best Cooling Installation in Phoenix AZ

Our experience with Desert King Windows has been wonderful! Several neighbors had used Desert King Windows and recommended them to us. We are so happy with the windows and sliding glass door. They are a quality product! Also, we have had the best experience with the company from beginning to end. It all started with our sales person who was very knowledgable; next measurement for all openings and everything fit perfectly; and finally installation which went smoothly and was done on time. Everyone was a professional! I would and have recommended Desert King Windows to several neighbors and friends and would recommend them to anyone looking for new windows! Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)
