A.P.E.S. did everything they said they were going to do. They delivered on quality & service from their office staff (thanks Patti) to their technicians (thanks Frisco). I’ve also used their incredible plumbing services too. Highly recommend.

From the initial phone call to the service performed every thing was A++. Called late on a Friday and had service technician on Saturday.

James did a great job! Got some outside hose pipes(if that's what you call them haha) replaced and repaired. He was on time, down to earth, diligent, and most importantly got the issue resolved. We used Penguins online apt scheduler from their website. Had an apt that day and the issue fixed the next. I recommend Penguin to all.

Hobaica services our unit on a regular schedule. We've been using them for years. Scott Koches was our Tech last Friday. Amazing awesome professional & friendly. He explained what he was doing. And truly genuinely cared about any questions we had. Service Par Excellence always with Hobaica ❤️

Robert was very professional and ready to answer any questions I had. I knew my unit was 12 years old and wore out. Robert was very honest about cost of repair vs.replace. I chose replace and could not be happier with replacement. The install guys were right on time and performed their job very efficiently. They went above and beyond with the cleaning on the way out of the installation.

So disappointed. Had $$12,000 air conditioning system installed within year. It is not holding temperature. Gabe is ignoring us. I would never use him again.
Problems from beginning starting with installation.

We called Promise for a broken HVAC blower motor after our landlord went incommunicado and we were stuck figuring it out on our own.

The receptionist was attentive, knowledgeable, and was able to clearly communicate the repair process. They booked us a time exactly when we had hoped, three days out, and gave us an estimate that everything would be able to be completed at that time.

The owner, Jesus Montes, arrived promptly at the arranged time and inspired confidence immediately. He is articulate, professional, friendly, and was able to quickly diagnose the blower motor. His quote commanded in the upper end of the expected price range, however Mr. Montes exceeded all expectations for quality and quantity of service so we felt his price were fair.

Mr. Montes, within 2 hours of arrival, completed the repair of the blower motor and provided us with documentation in pictures of the repair as well as personally showed us the old motor and problem. He sat down with us to discuss possible other issues to work out and was helpful in signing the waiver of lien and preparing the invoice in a way the state advises us we needed to legally deduct these costs from our rent.

Our system has been working well since and we highly recommend Promise and Mr. Montes as an efficient and competent contractor

John N. has serviced my system a couple of times now and has been consistently professional and informative about my AC and what I might need to address to keep it running smoothly.
