Mike Salerno was the technician that was assigned to us. He was professional, honest, on time, and knowledgeable. He went the extra mile to make sure he did not have to cut a hole in my wall to repair my leaking bath tube. Anyone looking to use Parker and Sons, I highly recommend asking for Mike. You will not be disappointed, and he is a big dog lover.

Dave was amazing! we had called a different company to come out and fix our backup and just got the run around. Dave came out and was able to get rid of 2 blockages in our pipes.

They've got it down - from the initial phone call to the scheduling, updates on arrival timing, picture of who to expect and some things about him/her, and well-trained technicians. Both guys who have come out have had great manners, communicative, professional, and just plain nice humans. Plus they're not pushy or sales-y they explain the issue well.
