Scott Koches was the technician who diagnosed our upper unit. For consistency, Hobaica sent him back to fix the worn out parts (from what they described, it may prove challenging to replace). Scott & his assistant made it seem effortless! They fixed the AC unit & now it’s running so quietly like new! Scott also shared that he is furthering his knowledge about his trade by going to school to learn more. THAT is what impressed us the most! Good on you, Scott! Thank you for the excellent work on our AC.

Diamond Desert Mechanical has been TERRIFIC to work with! Steve S. took extra time and care to identify what was needed to eliminate dust issues, uneven heating and cooling in the house, and air quality concerns. He determined the most cost-effective way to achieve those results. Then David and his professional and courteous crew (Austin, Frank, Justin, Steven) did a super job of making the changes. They explained everything they were doing, made sure that my furniture was protected from any resulting dust and residue from the duct work, and did a meticulous job of cleaning up when finished. I work from home and they willingly accommodated my call schedule. They went above and beyond with extra time and effort to make sure that everything was left in better condition than when they arrived. A week after installation I had questions about the air scrubber that was installed and Steve has been just as helpful and responsive as he was before the sale was made. I wish all companies had people as professional, capable, helpful and considerate as this group of guys! Oh yes…I’ve had my system for 2 weeks now and it is delivering as expected…very little dust in the house and more even cooling. Kudos to the team!
June 2020 UPDATE: Mario performed the summer service and he was on time and did a very thorough job. He cleaned my Clean Effects filter even though it was only partially dirty...very pro-active. I continue to be satisfied with the system and with Desert Diamond Mechanical.

As we were looking at the pipes through the camera he explained the process, potential problems, and what to look for as we were looking at the pipes. He found the blockage and cleared it quickly. This company is great. I'm a local realtor and have been through many different ac companies in the past. Up until now, I have not found one that I would use again. 99% of all my deals (purchasing or listing) need some sort of HVAC service. Cactus was able to schedule a repair with the current owner within the inspection period. Both parties were happy and the deal was not delayed. We were able to close on time with no hiccups. When it gets cold, not MidWest/Northwestern cold, just 30 degrees, it gives up the ghost & we have to use space heaters.
They're still rude & sloppy, & I'm not a liar.
- Right after installation I would have given JustAir 5 stars for my full HVAC system replacement, since the A/C & heat both seemed to work and they cleaned up after themselves in the living space of my house before they left, & the cost of the installation was very reasonable & was an upgrade to my existing system.
- That dropped to 4 stars that night when I tried to watch TV in the house & discovered the cable was out on all my indoor TVs (with cables running through attic), vs. the working TV on my back porch (not through attic).
- That dropped to 3 stars when I went up into the attic to investigate the failure, discovering debris left strewn about & displaced insulation throughout the attic.
- That dropped to 2 stars when they returned to address my customer satisfaction issues but denied any possibility of their responsibility for knocking out the cable or displacing insulation, & refused to go in attic to investigate either issue & saying I was trying to blame them for all the problems in my attic (even though they're the only ones other than me that have been up there in at least 2 years), then stomped off yelling that I'm the type of customer that could never be satisfied & drove away.
-That should have dropped to 1 star the very next day after a service call by Cox cable co., during which the technician identified a broken pin in the incoming cable & traumatized outgoing cable from the splitter directly adjacent to the air handler they installed, which leads to the opposite side of house controlling all 3 malfunctioning TVs.
- I kept it at 2 stars, because I know that finding & solving that problem was beyond JustAir's capability, but the evidence of the damage & the timeliness of the house-wide malfunction confirms that JustAir caused the problem.
- I wasn't trying to get anything free or at a discount, I just wanted my life back to the way it was before JustAir came into my house.

UPDATE: The owner of JustAir was the rude one. He understated everything in his response. There were 2 long lengths of PVC still containing stagnant water from the old system, and the bag of trash is what I gathered myself strewn all throughout the attic picking up sheet metal, zip ties, wiring, insulation scraps, 2x4s with nails sticking out, etc. (per pic.). I have accused them of breaking my cable, and Cox cable co. verified that they did. Yes, stuff happens, but they should take responsibility for it instead of using denial as their 1st line of defense and default customer service.

So my air handler was making an awful racket for the past week or so. I knew this meant I'd need the Dreaded Air Conditioning Replacement but I wasn't sure who I could trust. Am SO glad I went with TemperaturePro!. The technician on site was courteous and respectful to my family; he explained (in plain English) what was wrong and what was needed. When the time came to make a decision re: which system to install, Robin spent an hour with us walking through the options and the pros/cons of each. It was clear she was looking for the best system for us for the money...and indeed, she recommended that we NOT choose the most expensive option as it didn't make sense for our needs. Their installation crew was amazing -- meticulous, quick, and clean. The work was done in a day, and Robin followed up a few days later to ensure the everything was okay. Truly, truly can't say enough good things about these guys; they've earned my business for life!
