After an extensive leak in my home, Servpro of Phoenix was called in. Since this is my second home, I was unable to inspect the damage personally. Thanks to the supervisor on the job, I was emailed many photos throughout the clean up process. It was comforting to see the progress being made.

We have had Water Fighters for two projects- one plumbing disaster and one HVAC disaster. Both times they have done high quality work. Caesar, Nicholas, Erick, and Joe on the team that have worked on the projects have all been extremely nice and done such good work you couldn't tell anything had happened to the house which I had just had remodeled. The texturing they did on my walls matched the existing walls perfectly. I was pretty amazed. They get a 5 out of 5 in my book!

From the minute ,Robert the owner and his team entered our home, my husband and I knew that Robert is the guy we need him to work on our house. We always get stressed when we have a service/ maintenance company come to give us an assessment of the situation and a price estimate. We literally dread it ! Because, unfortunately a lot of them who come always exaggerate of the situation and you feel like they are racking up the bill just to try to squeeze as much money ? out of you so basically ripping you off ☹️but With Robert, we felt immediately that the man is very honest! Honest about how bad the situation is and exactly how much it will cost! And we absolutely loved that! He immediately inspected our walls with professional tools he used and told us right away what was going on. I had to go pick up my son from school at that time so I go and come back and I see that the company already set up the equipment with many Professional fans and started working on the area! You could tell they have done this for years and they know what they are doing !! I loved how professional the service was from showing up on time within the window given to keeping us posted about time of arrival to setting up the place with all the necessary tools ⚒️ and then cleaning up after the work was done and following up on the job! My husband and I liked them so much that we decided to hire them for another project that is stretching our carpet and cleaning them and of course the service was outstanding again! I told them that they are going to be the only company I’m referring to my friends and family without looking elsewhere! I’m not surprised a bit that Robert is successful in what he does and already has locations in 32 states and one in Canada! I had used another ServPro company and was completely disappointed with them. I was hesitant about using another....but what a world of difference between the two. This Owner was The Best...Set up appointment immediately, showed up on time EVERY TIME!! Had my best interest at heart. Properly dried out the home, removed wet carpet, tested for moisture everyday until meter responded it was dry or normal. I installed a Keysafe so he could get in at anytime necessary. He called me daily with updates. They were marvelous! Something that you need when you are in the middle of a disaster. I totally recommend for you to call them. My property was in Glendale and they happen to be very close to me....So if you are in the Glendale area or surrounding areas, you need to give them a call for Super Service.

I would highly recommend using ASAP for your restoration needs. We had a leak in our bathroom and they responded quickly with equipment and set us up to have everything repaired quickly. The work they completely was great quality and they communicated every step of the way. Everything went smooth and they were able to work with our insurance company.

We had a small attic pipe leak for several days that resulted in drywall and baseboard damage involving 2 bedrooms and a closet in a 1958 block ranch. After some research and checking BBB I called Ryan Riedy owner of Square One Restoration to check it out. He arrived quicker than I would have guessed with a case of fancy cameras and other gear that can see the water content in the walls to see the extent of the damage without ever pulling out a hammer or wrecking bar. He took hundreds of photos to send the insurance company throughout the process. The removal of wet materials and clean up was done in total isolation from the rest of the house and rooms so there was zero dust. Floors were protected all the way to the front door. Care and attention to details at every step including excellent Covid protection by Ryan and all the professional crews. His drywall guy Shane is a real wizard with the repairs and blending the texture and color so we cannot tell we ever had damage. The walls came out great but the closet really came out even better than before the damage. You don't often get the owner of a company take such a personal interest in the project and Ryan really works hard to insure you are happy with the result and you will be even at his expense.
If you need damage restoration or remodeling you can absolutely rely on Square One Restoration to do a professional job you will be thrilled with as we are. Thanks Ryan!
