Five stars! Installed a new outlet for the new softener. Spent hours tracking down a hard to find electric short caused by a RAT. Very persistent. Wouldn’t quit until found and fixed the problem.

Raul came by our house because half of the power in our home went out. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He found the problem in less than 5 minutes, explained to us how it could have happened, how to avoid the problem in the future and gave us great information on how to save money and avoid other electrical problems all while expertly fixing the problem. On top of that he also told us that the problem was not our fault or responsibility and explained to us how to get compensation for the amount spent to fix it. We were also getting disheartened with the many problems of our fixer upper home but he reassured us that it is normal and he has had the same experiences and that it is all worth it in the end. He did a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again for any and all electrical work we need done.We had forgot to ask him to help us with another problem we were having and the company was kind enough to send him back again the next day at no charge. He came by again at the exact time he said he would and knew how to fix the problem right away. He gave us several options and offered his opinion and advice when we could not decide which was best. In the end the job was done quickly, professionally and he left the work area cleaner than it was when he came. I was always skeptical of larger companies like George Brazil and always favored having my own handymen that I knew personally, but after having such a positive experience with both visits from Raul I don't think I'll ever go back to having my friends kludge together my house. He made me feel comfortable and confident with his work and I now at least have one area of my house that I am not worried about suddenly falling to bits.

We have used Howard Air for a handful of years & have spent thousands of dollars with them as well. Honestly we were happy with their service! Then we met Matthew & our relationship started with a couple of tune ups. He was upfront about the condition & life expectancy of it as well. He didn’t try to sell me anything it didn’t need, however once I began to inquire about a new unit he was very knowledgeable about the new product line his company provides. We will be purchasing a unit in the very near future & it will be through Matthew’s guidance!

This service worked great! I scheduled appointment online for next day. I texted pictures of the job and when fixer arrived he was prepared for the task. The price was reasonable and job done well. Another plus, he was enjoyable to have in my home (friendly & professional). I will use the service again!

Raymond was the technician who completed my HVAC maintenance. He was personable, professional and took time to explain his recommendations, including pictures. He had to complete some repairs, which were finished that same day. It was an excellent experience.

Plumbing problems are a pain in the neck. Its the one thing I cant do and dislike the most about taking care of my home. Scott is the guy you want on your side to help with any issue you cant take care of around your house. He was there when he said he would be....called ahead to confirm....had no issues running to get the parts i didnt have already - and was quick and efficient in his work.
