We had a leak in the underground pipes a couple days ago, technician Jose did an amazing job taking that problem off our hands. He explained the process and made us feel comfortable moving forward getting it fixed at such a reasonable timely manner. Definitely calling this company again.

You installed an AC unit for us last year and I signed up to join your Club and you sent a very nice plumber to attend to our problem. However, you gave us a an outrageous quote of $669 (supposedly after a 10% discount) to replace the cartridge in our shower valve. When I asked for a breakdown of the price between parts and labor, your staff refused and said it was a fixed price. In response, I declined to accept your quote. Tell your owner that if he treats his customers this way, he's wasting his money on all the advertising he does. We customers are not stupid.

It was good having the service of a nice Christian man. I don't usually do reviews but Michael impressed me with his honesty and helpfulness. And if I find myself needing his services again I won't hesitate to call him again.

Ac service within an hour on a Sunday, nothing really beats that! Lol. This is the one company I never feel like is hustling me. :)

We had a new variable speed Carrier unit installed 7 months ago. We are on budget billing with our electric company, and they review our account quarterly to see if we are overpaying or underpaying and adjust our monthly bill. We knew our bill would drop since we could see on our monthly statements that our usage was consistently about 40% less each month. To our surprise, we had overpaid over 800$ since the unit was installed. Our bill went from $281 to $96 for the remainder of our year, when they will estimate our new monthly payment. This unit is amazing, and Environmental Taming got it installed quickly. They were wonderful to work with, from the installers, to the office staff. Would highly recommend them for all your needs.

My a/c had finally died after 29 years. I decided to get 3 bids and went online and sent interest requests . I heard from 2 and added a quote from Costco. AZ Perfect Comfort was the first to come out. They were the best in their initial inspection and presentation of the proposal. They also had the best price and were the earliest for installation and availability! I had been without a/c for 10 days at that point so this was important! Within 30 minutes my house had cooled 10 degrees! And so much quieter! And Fred and Justin were amazing! Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

Use Lee Collins for a house warranty repair. My Nest thermostat wasn’t working so they replaced it with a traditional unit and I got my AC back. Very appreciative of the timely service, esp when it’s getting into the 100s!

Dennis and crew came out today to install an RO, water softener, new water heater and 3 new TOTO toilets. They were on time, skilled and did quality work especially with our copper plumbing. We are extremely satisfied with all the work that was done today. It wasn't cheap that's for sure but you get what you pay for. We can be rest assured that we won't have to waste time or money in getting any of their work redone.

Daniel and his team came out to evaluate my ducting as we were having issues with hot spots throughout the house. He provided a few quotes and described what the best solution would be for our home. We had Preferred Air perform at full duct seal and added insulation. His team was clean and professional. We are very happy with Preferred Air and can already feel a difference in our home!

I am beyond frustrated and upset! It’s been 117 degrees the last week and our AC went out last Wednesday so I put in a request for service through our home warranty AHS! They assigned this company and I called them the next day and they were not able to send anyone out until Sunday between 8am-2pm in the mean time my family of 6 are all sleeping in 1 room with a small portable AC waiting and Sunday came and no call and nobody showed up and of course the office is closed so you can’t get ahold of anyone so I called AHS let them know the situation and they told me either them or the AC company will be calling me that day. No one called so I called Apex Monday at 8am when they opened and they said idk what happened the orders here but it didn’t dispatch we’re so sorry we will have someone come out today between 1pm-5pm and you’ll get a call from the technician. So I waited again and knowing they close at 5 pm I started getting nervous around 3pm and still no call I decided to call the office to just check in and it said the office is closed and there was no ability to leave a message! I waited until 5pm giving them the benefit of the doubt but 5pm rolled around and nothing. I again called AHS who I spent 3 hours on the phone with getting no where! They said they have to wait for the AC company to respond and tell them why they didn’t come out! So in the meantime they are leaving my family to die in the AZ summer heat with no AC and we can’t even get the warranty company to get us a hotel room! I am super disappointed in this AC company!

We were putting off buying a new AC because the estimates were overwhelming. Cardinal Heating And Cooling beat our highest estimate by OVER FIFTY PERCENT. The unit was installed less than 24 hours from contract signing. I was cold and comfortable in August.I will only use Cardinal from now on, for all my heating and cooling needs.
