Scott updated our dated master bedroom/bath electrical outlets as well as installed new light fixtures. He was professional and experienced, was a nice change to work with this level of knowledge from an electrician. The results look excellent and he took the time to leave our rooms clean and ready to use.

Customers should be aware of the pricing trap of this business. They do not charge by the hour like most electricians. Rather, you agree to a trip charge and only after the electrician gets there do they show you a flat rate price for a ceiling fan installation. The original operator I called said that she could not provide the price. The electrician did not do any calculations, just swiped until he found fan installation on his IPad and then said that it would cost $345 and take just over a half hour. Unfortunately, we were in a crunch with company coming the next day; otherwise I would have declined and sought another option. I guess the company is counting on the inconvenience factor causing most customers to agree to an artificially high price (you could hire a very good lawyer for that rate). Now all that said, our technician was friendly, competent and efficient. This review is not a knock on him. The pricing system of his employer is not his fault. I have no complaint about the work. It appears to have been done well.

Discount Rooter is the greatest. Steve showed up on time and did a great job solving a simple plumbing issue. The price was reasonable and he was very polite, fast and efficient in solving the stopped drain problem. A great plumber and a nice person. I will call Discount Rooter again any time I need a drain clean service.

Paradise Valley is a family owned and staffed company so we are going to get the same people on each visit who know us and we know them. Plus Paradise Valley Plumbing has been established here for a long time so we don't have to worry that they wouldn't be here the next time we call.

It is not everyday or every year for that matter that you get such customer service like I did from Penguin Air. Our technician Josh was stellar and made us feel at ease during every step and giving us options. It is nice to be met with a friendly and professional manner, and on time. So, bought a new home a year after, the ac unit was making a squeaking sound from fan motor. This happened after we had rain. So I called them, 1 month for there repair people to come out. Ok, not a major rush. One month later they come out and it wasn’t squeaking anymore. Fine, then the guy told me $500.00 to replace it, I said it’s under warranty isn’t it, he said parts only. I said I will wait if it’s under warranty. One year later the upstairs unit is blowing hot air. 90 degrees, so called them that night and said someone will call me at 8 am, no call. So I called at 9 am, she told me they can come out a week later, are you kidding, what a joke! This company is a major joke. Oh, I failed to mention the first day we moved into this new home, ac wasn’t cooling down stairs, we kept lowering temp down stairs and raising upstairs because upstairs was freezing. Next day we found out the messed up and switched wiring so upstairs ran on downstairs and downstairs ran on upstairs. What a joke! Do your self a favor, stay away from Chas Roberts.

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

We had them out to install a water softener. They were on time and VERY professional!
I was skeptical about this item, BUT my husband wanted it. The first few showers I took I felt oily, I thought maybe it wasnt for me, but then realized it was a CLEAN feeling I was having! I am in LOVE with it now! Less water usage for everything, which for a family of 4 is HUGE. Your hair is softer and fuller, your skin is silky and smooth and laundry seems to be cleaner than ever before!
