Scott Koches was our technician and not only was he on time but he was very thorough in explaining what our unit needed. He was very courteous and polite and with service like that, why go anywhere else.

Our experience with 1st Choice Mechanical was all around exceptional! Our AC unit went out mid-summer, just a few months after we purchased our home. I called 1st Choice Mechanical first because of how highly they were rated and despite it being a Sunday morning, they called me back within 20 minutes and were out at my house within a couple hours. They spent a lot of time trying everything they could to get our unit fixed, but ultimately we needed a new unit. They were able to get one for us quickly and got it installed for a reasonable price. Tim and Branden were incredibly kind, respectful, and professional throughout the entire process, making sure to provide frequent updates and doing what they could to keep us as cool as possible given the circumstances. All of this was just a few weeks before my daughter's first birthday, and they even sent her a birthday gift!

Today, about two months after they replaced our unit, our breaker that controls our AC unit went out (no fault of theirs, it was just old). I called and they were out at my house within about an hour and had it fixed in no time at an affordable price! This is a great family owned and operated company and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Seth came today and installed a new toilet for us. He was professional, and did a great job. He answered our questions and was professional. Great service, great company to deal with. Thank you Seth!

Just Air came and serviced one of my rental properties in the Phoenix area at about 8:30 pm and night. My tenant talked with the service guy and determined that we needed start assist kit. If you go online these kits cost $30. The following day to was emailed the invoice which was $535.00 for a service that took under an hour. I called 2 other AC companies and asked how much it would cost for this same service and they said around $200. I talked to James the owner to see if he would make this right and and he told me to F-off. As a business owner myself I don't believe in ripping people off. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Techs are knowledgeable and prompt. Our Trane system is over 11 years old but still going stong.

I have mixed feelings about the service. The technician, Dwayne, was extremely professional. He was able to unclog the main line through the roof vent. He was here for two hours.The mixed feeling comes from the cost of the service. I recently bought the property and I am a first-time home owner. The toilet started overflowing at 4 am in the morning. The unit has a shared main line and the clog originated from another unit. We were able to bucket the water into the shower until the 8am appointment. We weren't sure what to do nor what the cost would be. It cost $917. After researching online, the average cost for cleaning the main line is between $350 and $600.He said the cost reflected the need to use two snakes, but the pictures provided only show one snake being used.We planned on using Parker and Sons for an AC replacement as the house's AC needs to be replaced. The customer service has been great, but something doesn't feel right about the cost for the main line cleaning.

Our heat pump was giving us problems and we got conflicting recommendations for solving the problems. I called George Brazil around 10 am and 2 qualified technicians, Chance and Lance came out at 1:30. They assessed the situation, provided options for repair or replacement, explained and set up financing for a new unit. Next day installation. There is no better customer service.

We have used Air Control previously and would refer them to everyone! Customer Service far outweighs any we have seen for a long time; just super nice people. Five Stars for the new air conditioning unit and five stars for the service! I called Comfort Experts LLC from google and they were on the ball; they had my A/C up and running impeccably. I am very happy with this company and how personable they are, they really know customer service. No one can deny Comfort Experts is the top rated A/C company in the valley, I know thats a big claim but I tried calling numerous air conditioning businesses in Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert and Queen Creek; thier estimated quotes were coming in extremely high and/or some were not showing up for our appointment. I want to thank Comfort Experts for the quality work and quality service they have given me, I will be using these guys for all of my Air conditioning needs.

I had another company out on a half of dozen times and they were unable to identify the problem. Adam the owner came out and within an hour had the problem not only diagnosed but repaired. This is a new business owner that understands customers and his business and is trying to build a name as an honest company. I highly recommend this business and ask others to support this young family man in his American Dream.
