An inspection on the home we were selling revealed an unexpected mold patch in a bedroom closet, a mere six days before the scheduled closing. There was no way I could envision the job being done that quickly, but when Josh heard of my extraordinary circumstance, he quickly assigned his best guys to the task.

From the estimate to the mold removal to the testing to the reconstruction, every worker who came to my home was professional, personable, and dedicated to doing the best work possible. I trusted them to work in my home alone at times when I was unable to be there. The end product was flawless, and you truly would not have known that the wall and baseboard had been cut and replaced. And wouldn’t you know, the carpenter finished the final touches on the paint and left our home literally ten minutes before the buyers arrived for their final walkthrough—and they were also pleased with the result. I couldn’t believe the team actually pulled it off in that timeframe!

Again, ASAP Restoration exceeded my expectations throughout the entire process, and I highly recommend their services for anyone else’s mold, flood, or fire restoration needs. He was also able to recommend a great plumber along with a company to help in our rebuild. We are very thankful we found ATH restoration. Since we had no clue about the process to follow with a water leak, we were able to trust the information Nathan and his team gave us to be accurate. Nathan was always available to answer any questions we had and constantly checked on us to make sure things were going smoothly while our house was drying out with fans!
