This is my first time using Parker & Sons, contract thru Home Depot, for routine service of my 5 year old A/C unit and my experience is very positive.I'm a pretty hands-on person and wanted to observe the process of the technician. I'd done my homework prior to the service call and had expectations and questions. Steven was my technician and I must give him a total thumbs-up for his knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to answer my questions, and assure I was satisfied. He detailed his work such that I was the student, which is what I was seeking. I was also sent a report as to the recorded output readings of all the important components of the unit.The main takeaway: I'll definitely call Parker & Sons again and I'll expect the same great, honest service!

Joe is one of the most knowledgeable plumbers I have encountered. Every person who has done a service call from APES to do any plumbing repairs at our center has been very professional and knowledgeable. Today Anthony came and fixed our sink. He was very personable and got the job done very efficiently. The office staff is courteous and efficient as well. APES is a great company and provides great service.

I called these guys because my ac started making noise and wasnt cooling as good as it used to. The guy went up there and came down with a picture of my compressor telling me it's on its last leg and if we keep the ac to 80 it should hold out. He highly reccommended we get a new one. He looked at us suffering and hot and saw money. A handy friend went up there and saw the blower motor barely hanging on, he fixed it for less than 4 dollars and in under and hour. Do not trust these guys, they are only trying to take advantage of the heat and tried to sell me 10,000$ unit that was only a less than 4 dollar fix. They tried scaring us saying the unit was doomed, we had to keep it at 80 in Arizona summer, we NEED to get a new one. Highly unprofessional. Do not trust them, get a second opinion.

Water was leaking from an exterior pipe on the side of the house. Spoke with Kelly from Arizona Integrity Pluming and he knew exactly what the problem was over the phone. It was the irrigation pipe and even though we no longer used our irrigation system there was still pressure in the pipe. Kelly suggested that we turn off the water to that pipe and to use wd40 since it was rusted. We took Kelly's advice and presto the water leak stopped. Literally all we had to do was turn a handle and Kelly knew that. He is an honest man and he is the perfect example of why Arizona Integrity Pluming lives up to their name!

Technicians showed up on time and were thorough. There was a problem after the service but they responded quickly, fixed the problem, and didn’t charge me.

They were extremely helpful in clearly describing what they discovered, the possible roots of the problem, and providing me with the information I needed to begin future repairs and enhancements (and possibly document poor workmanship by a contractor I used earlier). Thank you very much!

Today my wife and I came home to a house reading 90 degrees in the middle of Arizona summer, not ok, especially when you have a toddler in the picture. After calling various locations none had availability until the following day. As a last stitch effort to try and see if we could find someone same day, I called Environmental Taming. I was very impressed with how kind and responsive they were. They made me feel like they were genuinely concerned. The woman on the line said they had a technician and that we was able to be there in 20 minutes! He was very kind explained what he was doing and looking for as well as possible options if the immediate fix did not work. I would absolutely recommended this company to anyone needing AC help.
