They took 20 minutes for my project to be done.. they reached on time ..and they did a great job.

New HVAC system purchased 2/2019 w/ Lifetime Heat Exchanger & Compressor Warranty; 10 Year Unit Replacement on Condenser & Furnace; 10 Year Parts Warranty; 10 Year Labor Warranty; 5 Year Maintenance Agreement from Pengiun Air (PA). AC unit stopped operating Friday 27AUG2021. 28AUG2021 called PA to schedule tech to come out. Dispatcher stated someone would be out that day. No one called or showed up Sat. Repeated calls to PA sat, sat night, Sun, Sun night, and Mon morning. Tech did not come out until Mon @ ~ noon. I had several requests to have manager (Tonya) to call me and explain what was happening and why it took 2.5 days for a tech to come out. Temps were 105+ Deg those days. I missed 14.5 hours of work waiting for a tech to call or come out. PA dispatcher and website state that they are a 24/7 company. HVAC unit has not been operating/ configured correctly since install on 2/22/2019. Managers do not respond to requests for call backs. Cant recommend this company for use.15SEP2021 UPDATE:Penguin Air Tech and Goodman Tech came out 14SEP2021 to diagnosis the system and take readings. They adjusted the blower speed also. An hours after they left the Compressor started to make loud surging noise Called the desk and talked to Nicole who submitted an urgent ticket and stated someone would call me back shortly. No one called back. Had to submit a ticket online. Tech is suppose to arrive this morning but hasnt as of yet. Highly unprofessional and unreliable.DONT USE PENGUIN AIR.

This company is great. They were super responsive and had a tech come out the next day. The tech, Brett, was ultra professional and went through every detail to make sure the HVAC unit was back up and running perfectly. Brett was professional, took the time to explain to me what happened, why it happened, and how he fixed it. He was clean, personable, and a very nice guy. I highly recommend this company!

You will not be disappointed. All work was done by employees not subcontractors. Every employee was quick with answers or with follow up if they didn’t have an answer. We shopped around and this was definitely the best value based on the best rated work. These are the guys if you don’t want your investment to be a waste. There’s always someone cheaper, and those people always prove it to you by the work performed. I would do it all over again with Desert Diamond.

Our furnace was not working properly and we needed an HVAC contractor since our previous one retired. We found Expert HVAC through our remodeling contractor and we are so thankful. They are affordable and knowledgeable and helped educate us on our unit. I will be recommending them to our friends and neighbor.

These guys are amazing! Jesus was able to fit me in in the same day even though it wasn't an emergency and was able to fix the issue even though they stopped selling parts for this model long ago. My normal AC tech want available and with four AC units and heaters I always need someone reliable to call. Thank you Promise Heating and Air!

John did a good job of putting things back together, which had not been done on previous services. Previous services performed by Goettl seem to produce adequate performance from our two units.

However, talking with John had me doubting his training. At least he called someone for guidance.

True to form, the tech tried to sell me more maintenance at several $100s to $1000s. The Goettl techs do this every time they come out to perform the spring and fall services.

The only reason we keep going back is that when bought our units from them they gave us 10 years of free, twice a year services. Most of the time they have tried to say we don't have the 10-year free service agreement until we bring out the receipt and have to argue with them for a bit.

Brandon and Justin were here for duct cleaning today and did a thorough job while explaining everything they did along the way. Couldn't be happier with their work and the professionalism they exhibited. They were very communicative with their arrival time which was greatly appreciated as well. 1st Choice Mecanical is a wonderful family owned company that really takes care of their customers. I sold my house and had to have an home inspection. The inspector noted that I needed 3 screws in to secure the flue pipe in place. A friend of mine recommended me to call A&M. Talked to Amy, she was very helpful and pleasant. She stated that the screws are not recommended for these types of pipes. After A&M did the required preventative maintenance on my HVAC units, Amy went above and beyond and called the flue pipe manufacturer and distributor, the City inspector, an experienced home inspector, as well as combing thru code books and found nothing to support the home inspectors requirement for screws. She even called my home inspector. She sent me the code language for interlocking B vents and it did state that one should not use screws. I will definitely use A&M again.

I really liked that the owner came to my condo on a Sunday and I had a new A.C. unit installed the next day. The job was very hot and in a really tight space, and the technicians did a great job in a professional manner. I highly recommend using Sun Devil, and would not hesitate to use their service again. We started using ReddiServices nine months ago. We have had to use their plumbing services 4 times since then. All 4 times we have had excellent and timely service. Most recent issue was a very old irrigation head that was leaking under the ground. Jorge P. arrived as scheduled, and we are very pleased with his work. He capped off multiple irrigation lines (which we had never used in the 31 years we have lived here), replaced 2 old spigot heads, removed and replaced piping, replaced main shut off valve, and secured pipes in both front and back of house. We especially appreciated how well he communicated with us throughout the time he was here- before leaving he took us to both sites of repairs and thoroughly explained what he did. We are highly satisfied with the services we have received from ReddiServices!

I collected many bids for replacing the A/C heat pump package for my home.  I found Francisco Marquez of King Mechanical to be the most competitive.  I don't usually take the lowest bid, but  when he came out to my home I felt more comfortable with him than any other vendor.  There was no pushiness.  He was very informative.  I purchased a nest thermostat and he installed it when he installed my A/C system.  He even taught me how to use this high tech stuff, and didn't ask to get paid for that.  Very clean work, and very professional.  His price was all inclusive, and there were no hidden fees.
Even though his business is relatively new, he advised me he has worked many years in this profession.  I got a good review from the board of registered contractors when I called to inquire about his company.

This was hands down the best choice for our AC. The 20 year old AC didn’t work when we purchased the property, but it was winter (in AZ lol) so we weren’t too pressed about it. Since this is such a big purchase, we talked interviews many companies. Perfect Comfort had the best mix of customer service, knowledge, value, quality of system, and professionalism. It took us a few months to end up selecting a company since it was winter, then the holidays etc, but they weren’t pushy or “sales-y” in the meantime. Fred came by and assessed our needs and provided the optimum plan for us. He even allowed us to go over our future plans to remodel, and gave us many great suggestions which helped us to put a timeline together for the services (of course we will hire them for!).
Throughout the process, Jana would make sure we had all the information necessary for a smooth install. She was always polite and knowledgeable, and never left us confused or questioning anything.
I was pleasantly surprised to see Fred running the actual install! I’ve heard of the “sales-person” coming to get the business, then leaving the labor for the technicians. It was awesome to see him and the rest of the team doing exactly what he explained months earlier.
We have an older home, and the previous owner was... interesting... anywho, Fred found some questionable AC parts in the attic that he advised me of, and left me with some guidance as to what to do with it. The team completed their job quick and efficiently, and left no trace that they were even there... well except now we have an AMAZING ac unit! Our bill hasn’t changed much either. We went from not having a working unit, to a brand new unit running daily, and haven’t experienced a notable change in our electric bill.
We’re excited to continue our patronage with Perfect Confort and their amazing team. We look forward to our future projects with them, and would 10/10 recommend them to everyone!

The representative was very responsive and provided lots of info regarding air conditioners. The price this co gave me was almost the same as a Bosch sir cond from another co but the warranty on the Bosch unit longer plus included a whole house power surge protector. If I had gone with a lennox this would been my co of choice.
