Excellent experience with ServPro, they got back to me as soon as I put in the request for a call and their team was amazing at completing the work at my home. I ended up recommending them to my uncle when he had water damage in his home!

I would never recommend this company. I am having a terrible time trying to get my condo back together. It has been 3 months since a pipe broke in my master bedroom bath and I still do not have a toilet or vanity and I still have plastic up where the walls should be. In the hall bathroom, although there is a toilet, the tile from the floor is no longer and I have missing walls. I was told by the Estimator/Inspector that my vanity would be replaced due to water damage, and that once the construction started, the supervisor would tell me where to go and look at new ones, instead the supervisor informed me that the estimate had it listed as R & R which is remove & restore, which means all they do is take the vanity out and replace the bottom section and then put it back in.

These people tell you they will call you back and set up appointments to start the job - but it never happens. I have called and e-mailed the person handling my job and he has yet to get back to me.

Make sure your construction manager doesn’t tell his tile subcontractors they’re going to get paid asap then ignore them for days once the job is done. After not hearing back from him I ended up going into their office, he was up in a meeting, he told them to cut me a check.
You have no problem getting back to me while the job is in progress but can’t send a simple text back or a call back to discuss payment once the job is done ?

We’re very happy with the service provided by Rocky Mountain Restoration. Everyone we dealt with was professional and personable. Our problem was handled very promptly and efficiently. We definitely recommend this company.

Jacob Hough and Chandler Noel where very nice and did an awesome job. They secured by Arcadia door and I feel much safer. Two months have gone by and still no Arcadia door. I'm looking at plywood still and tired of looking at it. Why isn't it fixed yet?

Were quick to respond to water damage. Told us what they were going to do and did it. Very personable and professional. Cleaned up and hauled away the damaged stuff. There quick response alleviated further damage to drywall, etc. We would recommend this team to neighbors if they were in need.

After surveying a half dozen recovery services to address water and mold damage due to a faulty water heater. I decided to go with AM/PM Restoration. They were prompt to inspect the site and provide a competitive estimate. They communicated well, outlined the process, started on time, and completed the job quickly. They were also willing to work with my special requests. They followed up in the days afterwards to make sure everything was satisfactory. In summary, would use them again for damage recovery (though I hope this is not for a long time!).

When our home had an unfortunate accident involving a flooding of sewage water Restoration 1 of Phoenix are the ones we called, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. Every single person that we dealt with ensured that we understood what was going on and took the extra time to ensure that everything was done in a way that was best for us without regard to opportunities where they could have made some extra money. Brandy in the office checked in on us throughout the process and was an amazing help. The foreman John really took the time to make sure the job was done right and put the effort in to make sure we were happy with the work and he did an amazing job working around our schedule. Rick, one of the workers we saw the most, really did a consistently amazing job. Everything was done quickly, on our schedule, cleanly, and with our best interest in mind. It was unfortunate that we had a reason to call Restoration 1 of Phoenix, but I could not imagine that any other company could do a better job. This was such a pleasant experiance to a bad situation that I will not hesitate to recommend them to any and everyone I know. Thanks Restoration 1!!

Had an amazing experience with ASAP. Within an hour of making a call they were en-route to my home. Upon arrival the team of Shamrock, Julien and Casey set to work on assessing the damage and prepping my home (laying down walkways & securing the impacted area) for restoration. They educated me every step of the process. To find courteous and efficient (they were always on time) help is rare. They left their work areas clean and thoughtfully laid out my dbelongs in my garage carefully wrapped and organized so I could go through them at my leisure. I recommend ASAP Restoration to anyone who may need help out of a messy situation.

Provided communication & demonstrated quality service

In December, my building caught fire, and while my items were minimally damaged, I was notified my couch and mattresses would HAVE to be thrown out, and I needed to work with a restoration service for the salvageable items.

After almost month dealing with another ServPro location (ServPro of Phoenix/Central Phoenix/East Phoenix), following a walkthrough, an insanely high quote (I have only $10,000 of property coverage and they quoted $15,000 for “Bric-a-brac” items alone), and delays by my insurance adjuster, I was notified by my apartment complex that I had seven days to move out my belongings or they would be thrown out.

After four days trying to get in touch with Ethan, (the manager of that location) and my calls being unreturned, they informed me they were understaffed, and could not service me until February at the earliest.

Panicking, it was suggested to me to look at another ServPro location, as each ServPro is run independently of one another. This was how I found my way to ServPro of Litchfield/West Phoenix.

Marta, the receptionist at the office, was wonderful to deal with, and helped me schedule a meeting with Eliseo, the service manager the following Tuesday. I was able to get an extension from my complex.

Eliseo and I worked with the quote the previous ServPro made, and took my budget and insurance reimbursement in mind when developing a plan of action. Working with Eliseo was like a breath of fresh air after dealing with disaster after disaster in this situation.

The next day, Nick and Hugo showed up to my apartment and helped move all of my salvageable belongings to their facility for cleaning, ozoning, and storage until we could move it into my replacement apartment.

The next Friday, Nick and Hugo returned with my belongings and helped me move them into my temporary apartment.

I have to say, Nick and Hugo were wonderful, and some of the hardest working gentlemen I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. They were friendly, worked within my requests, and got the job done quickly and thoroughly.

All in all, if you need restoration services in Phoenix, I HIGHLY recommend ServPro of Litchfield/West Phoenix. They will make sure your job is completed exactly as you need it, when you need it. I would say they are far superior to their competition, including within the “ServPro” branding.

This team has been so incredible taking care of pack outs and deliveries. My house flooded and that same day we had a team here helping us manage and move everything in the affected areas. The professionalism and expertise while helping from Eddie, Julie, Maria and the whole team was impeccable. I would definitely recommend this company based on what services I received.
