Henry was very professional and let us know there was a problem with ac not draining properly and he unclogged it, but it was very expensive and not sure that was a right thing. We’ve been with this company for a while and would recommend them.

We recently had our AC installed by Hobaica. Yesterday a technician, Ryan Waters did a follow up QC inspection of the unit and it's operation. We were very impressed with Ryans thoroughness and professionalism. He spent time with us to answer any of our concerns and went into detail on the operation of the AC. We were pleasantly surprised by how professional and caring everyone at Desert Diamond is. It is nice to know that there still are good companies that are looking out for their consumers. Our AC unit gave out on us around the Holidays. They came out the same day and replaced our unit quickly. They even dropped off a space heater to keep us comfortable over the weekend while awaiting the install of the new unit. A big thank you to Ben, Carlo and Ernesto! Even their dispatch Nick was super helpful! No pressure, great pricing and knowledgeable. We are now customers for life. Thanks for taking care of our family!

Ray, the technician, was very thorough in the maintenance check. He checked inside and outside spaces and changed the filter. He was polite and conscientious in his work.

This company has a great customer service. Octavio the person that helped me did a great job with my A/C. Really professional and good quality Job.

My 3 years old (still under warranty) water heater was not working so I called them to take a look and fix it. Scheduling was for the following day. The technician arrived and said it would take a while to diagnose so I went on with my work and let him do the diagnose. After approx 1 hour, the tech told me that it would take around 3 hours of labor to fix it and the parts were under warranty, and quoted me around $1300 for 3 hours of labor. But, that was just a tactic because he was trying to sell me a new water heater for around the same price! Instead if trying to fix my water heater they tried to sell me a new one and if I didn't want one I had to pay a $89 evaluation fee. Funny how I was told that they don't really do small repairs(like mine) but they usually focus on replacing not fixing. I wish I would have been told that before scheduling the appointment. Anyways, I don't think that the technician did much to evaluate my water heater because almost half of the time he was in the van talking on the phone, and his testing / tool kit was never open when I was going to check on him(at least 3 times in 1 hour). I think they tried to sell me a new unit and since I didn't want to, I got charged $89 just to be told they don't do small repairs.
If you are in a need of a small repair, be sure to avoid them and find someone else.

Was soo Happy with James work. Had a house inspection which said the temp switch was off. It inly took James 5
Mins to figure out and took pics so I could send to my buyer. He was quick and professional and knew what he was talking about! Sooo appreciated his help!!

I want to write a bunch of horrible things about sun devil, how race played a huge part in letting me go, a father of 4, or how a huge commercial job was left in the hands of a 21 year old kid, simply because he was the brother of the owner, or how the site superintendent rarely and I mean rarely showed his face before 9 am and never stepped a foot out into the heat, I had better attendance then a few of the employees, but because I don't speak Spanish, or I wasn't related to the owner I was let go, for missing a day due to the Gilbert municipal courts intolerance for being late to court, even if I was at work, and for being 20 minutes late due to car issues. I saw the work being done by the company, and I'll just say this, when the superintendent shows no enthusiasm for the job, and had worse attendence than anybody, and the forman was a kid brother to the owner with 2 years experience, you can imagine the work habits and maturity shown onsite. I am bitter about losing my job, especially when others should have been let go far before me. I feel absolutely stabbed in the back for a company I honestly broke my back for. Shame on sun devil heating and cooling.

Called this company on Christmas Eve and Jorge showed up fixed my unit in the rain. Rats chewed up some wires. The guy is a super hero. Thanks four seasons.

Kyle and Jim did a wonderful job for us got us up and working in a short amount of time even though there were some problems took care of us to make sure we were up and running with our a/c.

This company is amazing and great to work with. Our AC unit went down several times over a three day period and they sent a tech each day that we called. Sam, the General Manager, even came out himself on a Saturday to get the unit up and running. We ended up having Temperature Pro replace our full HVAC system and they were able to fit us in rather quickly and did an outstanding job.
