Frisco came out to our house to install a new elbow for our HVAC unit. He did a fantastic job and was extremely professional and provided clear and honest information about our system. The whole experience with A.P.E.S was amazing from start to finish and we'll definitely be returning to them for future needs!

Have an outside water leak...most likely city pipe coming to the house - called a couple of the well-known folks and they were all anxious to write a quote, but less anxious to stop the leak. Second Opinion came out as scheduled...worked to find and stop the leak, and then develop a plan for a permanent solution - Charlie their guy...was courteous, knowledgeable and hard working. I have found my guys......

Just had my first A/C service with Hayes and I am very pleased with the company and Sam my technician. Very professional and no up-sale pressure so really happy so far. I decided to purchase a service package because they do two service per year at an affordable price.

Of course, the AC went out after business hours. We called at 7p, they got here at 11. The wait sucked, but it’s a big city with hot weather and they’re busy. He fixed the problem in about 10 minutes and went on his way. It was an electrical issues, which is common here evidently, and out of my husband’s scope of knowledge. Nathan and Penguin Air were life savers last night. Thank you!! ??

Travis was very professional and prompt. His estimate was fair and spot on. He and his crew fixed my drainage problem ahead of schedule! A real lifesaver!

Unfortunately they are the HVAC contractors on a new house. Had warranty work appointment from 8am -12pm two weeks ago and they never showed all day without updates and then called at 10:30pm to say they might still come. Rescheduled for two weeks out with 12-4pm time frame. At 1:40 they called to say it would be after 5pm. I would suggest only making an appointment if you have days to kill waiting for them to show up. If it's really important/urgent call another contractor.

They were extremely helpful in clearly describing what they discovered, the possible roots of the problem, and providing me with the information I needed to begin future repairs and enhancements (and possibly document poor workmanship by a contractor I used earlier). Thank you very much!

If you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable, dependable, and professional plumber, look no further!! I highly recommend their services! Our sewer started backing up into our house at 2am. This is the only 24 hour plumbing company that answered the phone. Not only did they answer the phone, but she was kind, comforting, and professional. James was at our house at 7am and he was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. He solved our immediate problem and then determined the underlying cause. He then went above and beyond to make sure the underlying problem was fixed. 11 months later & the plumbing in our house is working perfectly.

Scott Acy of A Better Place, LLC is the person to call for help around the house. He does a great job and he's a nice guy. I needed a small plumbing repair and he fixed it correctly and quickly. He has a wealth of knowledge and he is very well-mannered. He arrived on time and looking presentable plus he did not leave a mess. I will definitely use him again.

They beat the price of all their competitors for the installation of two new AC systems. However, I had to haggle to get there. The installation was finished within 24 hours of a signed estimate and no mess was left for me to deal with.

Terrible! They didn't show up and when I called to explore what happened they teed off on me. Wasted 2 hours with them. Never use them again!
