APES has always been amazing and this week was no exception. Dominic and Roman were phenomenal! They were courteous, prompt and efficient. They knew I was on a time crunch and still did a professional job while getting done in time for my appointment.

The technician Joey was very professional and got my air conditioner fixed and running in less than 10 minutes, after being without it for 3 nights and 3 days. I didn't know what to expect for the bill and at the end he waived the labor so I had enough to pay the bill, MAJOR props for him to do that. Penguin Air was THE ONLY one who called back and came out to my house. I've called many places with no call back and actually spoke with one place but they were a no show and never contacted me back. Investment property rental was not blowing cold air. Called late Friday evening and they had someone ready Saturday afternoon. James quickly identified the problem and replaced a capacitor. I have used Lee Collins for years and been terrifically happy. I understand it was recently sold, and the service is definitely not the same. First, they didn't have my records. Understandable - records do get lost in transitions. I asked if the same people were there - yes, they were. A new guy came to the house. Joseph was very nice. However, he didn't come with appropriate tools to do the job. He asked if I had a short ladder to check vents and returns in the house. He said he had one on his truck. I got the ladder. To enter my attic from the outside, his extension ladder was too big. So I got my extension ladder for him. I have a hard time believing I'm the only person in a ranch home with a split unit up in the attic. My attic opening is per code, so what???? On the invoice it says I insisted [I] would clean her own coil on ground. Nope, he told me he would take out the leaves on the bottom this time only, that this wasn't what the call was for. I would have to have someone come back and do a deep clean if I wanted the coils cleaned. I asked what exactly a deep clean was, and it was hosing off the coils. I said I could do that. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

Ricky was super kind and great to have in our home. However, our project was too complicated for his skill set, and when I called Parker and Sons to send another technician to help him, they did not. Poor Ricky was at our house for 9.5 hours, but he stuck with it and finally got the job done! Extremely happy with the technician, disappointed with the company administration. They should have matched the job complexity to the technician’s abilities.

Mike Jolly is truly the best of the best. He had the best customer service skills we’ve ever encountered before. His knowledge of his trade was extraordinary to put it mildly. We’ve never learned so much about our house he explained everything to us with a sincere happy heart. He made sure not to leave our house until my husband and I knew exactly what we were doing and purchasing with such thoroughness. He went into complete detail what was going to happen, to exactly what part of our houses and what to expect I’ve never been more comfortable with any purchase before . Honestly we’ve never met anyone who truly loves what they do. My husband and I are completely blown away, we highly recommend George Brazil.

We loved working with Comfort Experts! Ryan came out the day I called them to give me a quote on a new AC unit. He was extremely thorough with his inspection and explained what the problems were and what we needed very simply. He installed the new unit quickly which we were very grateful for because it was starting to get hot here. We are so happy with the service we received during the install. The guys were honest, hardworking and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone!
