This is a very good company. There service people are on time. A call is made 30 minutes before they come. Their men are professional. They wear masks and foot covers. Always a pleasure. We purchased our unit years ago. It has saved us with our electric bill over the years. Highly recommend them.

Penguin Air was the best when we needed help with our NEST thermostat. They diagnosed the problem and assisted with the NEST warranty process. While they were at the house we had our annual A/C inspection done. The technician was personable, professional, knowledgeable and quick. I had been calling around to get a qoute on getting my Unit in out business fixed and everyone was telling me they had to go and check it out and had to pay a fee, when i called i spoke to Mariana she was soo quick to give me an estimate just by the infor i gave her and go someone out next day.

I was having issues with my ac unit and I was shopping around, but received no reply. Idecided to call Goettl just because. When Goettl came out, we felt we were in good hands right away. When Josh came out he was knowledgeable, professional and straightforward. He was also very personable and showed great pride in his company. We felt he was very truthful and that is hard to find if you don’t believe in your product and know you work for a reputable company.
Goettl walked us through what we needed. Victor was extremely helpful in financing our purchase. Ryan, Alton and Marcus came out to install did a great job. They were respectful of my nephew and I who work at home, and worked so hard… especially in the attic and on the roof where I know it was over 100+ degrees up there and in the 90s on the roof. Ryan and his crew were very professional and showed great pride in what they do for the company and provided awesome customer service. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone and everyone who asks about my new ac unit.

When our home warranty company told us it would be 9 days to get a A/C tech out I called Sun Devil! They had someone out in one day and fixed our unit within an hour. I highly recommend Sun Devil A/C and their manager Joseph Verdugo! Also, their service technician Michael was professional, kind, and courteous.

Day & Night Is Amazing company !!I received a coupon for Air Conditioner service for $59.00 so I decided to give them a call to book an appt. The receptionist who answered the call was incredibly kind and friendly. When the Technician showed up he was very nice and professional. After the technician did his work/inspection he diagnosed the work my home needed. I received the same recommendations from four companies in Arizona. The technician recommended I meet with Shaun Lewis the comfort Advisor who was another great Person ! Who checked everything. He listened to me and my concerns and everything was very smooth.The technician who did the work were courteous, polite and explained their process every step of the way. They wanted to ensure I was happy. Every person I interacted with at Day & Night was happy and very helpful! They always kept me posted on schedules for other work like ducts and insulation. If there was ever something I didn’t agree with I talked to Mr Willie Rodriguez and he assured me that he would correct.Thank you so much to Mr Ronnie Brion who did the final check once the work was completed. I have purchased AC/Heating systems for two homes with AZ Perfect Comfort and highly recommend them for their honesty, knowledge, and responsive customer service.

Small family owned business with real customer appreciation. Used them to install our new 5 ton split system heat pump and I knew the variable speed system was more than I wanted to spend and Paul (the estimator/sales guy) gave me quotes in my original price range but also included the cost for the nicer more expensive system. He then left without pressuring me and after a few hours of doing my own online research everything he said checked out and I decided to step up to the variable speed unit. Only a four days of use so far but since APS shows electrical usage by the day and hour I can already see the decrease in electrical use right there on the APS website. Sure some of that is just because it's a new unit compared to my 16 year old goodman system but it still helps to justify the decision and there are no more hot spots in the house in the afternoon because there is constant air flow. Love the unit so far and love the professionalism of this small company team.
