We were very pleased with penguin air! Our furnace died in the middle of January and with three little kids we needed to get some answers and get some warm air flowing quickly. Penguin was very kind, got me a same-day appointment, and they always call and give you a 30 minute notice when they will be at your home. They don't work on commission for what products you do or don't purchase so there was absolutely no pressure. Our installers Sid and Francisco were great, efficient, kind, and thorough. Thank you gentlemen for a job well-done.

He didn’t try to sell me, but did educate me about the problem and the options to repair/replace. Once I understood the problem, it was easy to decide on the solution.

This company originally did our electrical for our new home. Electrical has not worked correctly since 2019. Breaker pops constantly cant use major appliances at the same time while lights on. Can't even use an iron without lights dimming. Had them come out they say everything is fine. Called them again and won't even step foot in our home without service fee payment. We didn't even have a conversation about what the problem was with the technician who showed up. First thing was out of his mouth was pay us. This company is trash and obviously doesn't wire or set up electrical properly.
