The technician, I believe it was Jibran, was promptly on time, not what I’m used to with OTHER businesses, so I actually almost missed him! He was professional, told me exactly what he needed to do to fix the plumbing issue, got right to business. He was friendly, did not leave any mess of trash behind and literally was hassle free for me. Even the courteous phone call at the time of making the appointment The scheduler(female) was super polite and friendly. Just from beginning to the end, was a great experience I would very much recommend APES

We have used Hobaica for the last 12 years with the installation of a new AC unit. We continued with twice yearly checkups to insure the unit stays in tip-top shape. I have been working with Expert HVAC for about 4 years. During that time they have not only done a quality job keeping my equipment running but have done so at a very reasonable price. I bought an old commercial building with 5 AC units all of which were old. I expected to have to replace them all but they have kept 4 out of 5 in good working order and we have only replaced one. Our old AC- Furnace died. There were some problems with the correct tonnage ordered by our home warranty company. People can praise great service when everything goes without a hitch. The real proof is how they respond to problems. Chase managed to get the correct unit for installation the next day! And brought us a great heater to keep our house warm yesterday and last night. They are indeed the Best!

Just air has been great. I had them install a new AC and they are very responsive. When I've asked for scheduled maintenance. The technician couldn't be nicer, nor could the office.
