My friend reffered Custom Plumbing of AZ. Glad she did too. I had a septic tank problem. Other companies kept telling me it was my sewer lines. James told me exactly what was wrong. All of the service technicians from Carlos, who came out to inspect what was needed and set the appointment, to Caleb Dispirito, the electrician, and Jose Medina and Joel Avila who I stay the new AC and Heating unit were very professional, worked really hard for over 7 hours without taking a break, cleaned up everything, and explained how to work the thermostat.Overall, very pleased with everything.

Have an outside water leak...most likely city pipe coming to the house - called a couple of the well-known folks and they were all anxious to write a quote, but less anxious to stop the leak. Second Opinion came out as scheduled...worked to find and stop the leak, and then develop a plan for a permanent solution - Charlie their guy...was courteous, knowledgeable and hard working. I have found my guys......

We had our whole house water re pipe done by Arizona Integrity plumbing. The thought of having this done made me very nervous. Ramiro and Byanka were clean professional and very friendly. I give this company an A+ from start to finish, you can't even see where the holes were cut in my walls.

Brandon notified me when he was going to be arriving and was spot on. I let him know of some of my concerns that I wanted him to check and he found an issue thatwad causing my unit to run less efficient. Brandon corrected the issue and went into great detail about what he corrected. Brandon was friendly, good with both of my loud dogs and was very efficient in his inspection. I had two other inspections and this problem was never found.

Plumber visited between 1 and 5, diagnosed leaky pipe, repaired and didn't try to upsell anything else. Thanks for being honest that the water heater was 3 years old and didn't need to be replaced.

This plumber near me was so wonderful. They came when they said they would, they assessed the situation accurately, and got everything squared away very quickly and efficiently. I would definitely trust them with any plumbing problems I have again in the future.

I wish i would have purchased my AC unit through Donley. Donley was recommended to me by our moblie home park manager. I love Donley now because their technician and manager and secretary have provided me with incredible customer service and support and I am not even their customer. Lol.... Before I knew donley even existed, last week, i purchased a new AC unit through a different company and i have regretted it. I only had the ac unit a week and my living room was over 100 degrees and my original company said it was not thier units fault but the insulation in my home was the problem and they could not help me. But that was not accurate. So I contacted Donley and Donley could see that I was having a hard time with my original company, so Donley stepped up to help me to know what I should do in my circumstance because my original company was denying me the help I needed even though it was over 100 degrees in my home this week and my AC unit didn't have proper refridgerant. Thank God Donley backed me up. It motivated my company to actually take responsibility of the problem and care of thier own customer.... finally after this week of 100 degree weather in my living room finally my original company filled the refrigerant in their unit. I don't like my original company.......... I should have chosen Donley. :) I definitely recommend Donley because they are true experts...it took Donly technician only 10 minutes to find the problem on the unit. It took my original company over a week to find the same exact issue and attacking my homes insulation when it was really just their AC unit problem with the low refrigerant. Donley technician knew it was a refrigerant problem right away which proves theyare the better company... I wish I would have chose them first. Donleys level of expertise and experience makes them quality....and yes super customer service....and Donely is not even my company. Wish they were. Well for next time at least. The tech was on time, professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

I used them again, this time to unclog a sink at one of my tenants' homes. They were offered right away, with a selection of window times. The plumber accommodated the modification and spoke with me on a regular basis. He spent many hours with snakes ranging from garden to Anaconda, all while being monitored and commanded. They were really courteous and patient with the older renter, which I appreciated. And the cost was really affordable! Use these people! :)

Day & Night is fast and responsive. Their team is very knowledge and the both technicians, Danny & Eric did an excellent job installing my new AC unit. They cleaned up after the job and showed me what they did.Edit: Had a water leak a few days after install. Awaiting for necessary repairs
