Brady went above and beyond to assure that my questions were answered and my roof serviced thoroughly. Clearly not in business simply to make a dollar, but truly want to make a positive difference for customers. It is no surprise that so many of my neighbors recommended Renco!

Just completed finalization on the entire replacement of our 24 year old tile roof.
Very pleased with their service and quality of work: from the beginning contract bid process by their Project Mgr Charlie Ethington , to the concluding inspection required work from Supt Luis Batres.
Everything was done as scheduled, resulting in a great appearing new roof.
The pricing was competitive among other estimates received.

For the COVID-19, concerns, was able to keep a safe social distance, particularly since the work was done outside.

Would highly recommend America Roofing for anyone considering roof replacement or repairing attention.

As much as I want to give five (5) stars, not able to due to the lack of follow through

Actually, it started out as five (5) stars, only for the customer service to decline the second day into the project and for up to two (2) weeks afterwards.

Pros:
** Estimate was competitive, if not slightly below other quotes I had received
** First day of project, not only did they show up on time, they were early...this fact I was very helpful it would continue through the next day
** The first day the team was focus and getting it done

Cons:
** Even before the project started, I requested an call the day before because I have six (6) special needs (medical and behavioral) dogs, needed to plan a pet sitter...that call did not happen
** Second day, a gentleman came by driving the company truck to drop of replacement roof tiles. I asked when the team would arrive because if I could save money with the pet sitter, that would be great. He made a phone call and I was advised someone will call me shortly with an ETA..it was 7:00 AM at this point
** Second day, same gentleman I asked if there would be a roof inspection after the project was completely, not only did he say that there would be one, he shared what would occur. He even noted he saw a few items that needed to be addressed as he could see from the ground.
** Second day, four (4) hours later, the call never came, at this point it was 11 AM, I called the office and asked for an ETA. I was told to call another person, that person's VM stated he was on vacation, I called back to the office and it was stated I would receive a call within the hour
** Second day, a hour later, no call, I sent an email through their project management tool, that was answered, ninety (90) minutes later the team showed up to complete the job. At this point it was close to 2:00 PM, which meant I could have save a lot of money with the pet sitter
** Week after I sent an email through their portal asking if there would be a final inspection. Here was the response: Hi Kelly, Yes I will be stopping by beginning of next week.I will let you know what day before I come I responded back to let me know day and time so I could have the dogs secured
** Two weeks after above response, I sent a follow-up requesting when would the final inspection occur....never heard back

What started as wow, this is awesome, ended with disappointment due to lack of communication, follow-through, and I have to wonder based upon these gaps, what may be missing, other than what the gentleman pointed out on the second date, on my roof?

Phx Roofing and Brandon helped us replace our roof and fix a leak from our skylight. Brandon took great care of us, even though it was during the monsoon season and I'm sure extremely busy. He replaced our skylight, fixed our roof...other roofers wouldn't even give us a quote because they wouldn't touch the skylight.

Overall, couldn't have been happier. They did great work, took good care of us and kept us updated the whole process. Would definitely use them again in the future.

Communication, scheduling and completion just as promised.

Larry and his crew were here at the time they quoted me. They worked 8 hours a day for two days and finished my 2100 sq. ft. house in that short time. I like the way it looks, they were friendly and answered any questions I had. I would have this company and Larry's crew do work for me again if I need it.

I’ve contracted with Arizona Roof Rescue multiple times for homes I have owned. One is a rental property and the other two were primary residences. The owner of the company, Alan, has always arrived on time and provided a thorough examination and explanation of what needed to be done, why it needed to be done and an estimate to get the job completed. He provided a schedule and his crews always arrived on time, ready to work. I’ve seen the same crew at each job. Alan treats them like family and they are some of the hardest working men I’ve ever seen. At the end of each work day they thoroughly clean the job site, removing any debris and most importantly, any nails. Every job has been completed on time and on budget.
If you’re looking for quality work, a professional attitude, fair pricing and an “old school” work ethic, Arizona Roof Rescue should be at the top of your list for any roof issues.

We got quotes for our leaky foam roof from several companies. A few never showed up at all, one went to the wrong house, another said they’d send a quote and never did… Mark Dunne with Dunne Roofing was the pure opposite of all that usual contractor nonsense! He showed up when he said he would, he kept in constant communication, he sent his quote even faster than expected and shot me a message to let me know he’d e-mailed it. He listened to our issues and explained to us in detail what the pros and cons of the project were, and showed us pictures of our roof to back it up. Based on the pricing he quoted us, his expert knowledge (built from years working in the hot southwest sun), and his near magical level of contractor communication skills, hiring him was a no brainer. He even did the work himself! We now have a roof with a warranty (certificate and all) for five years and he’ll come by for annual inspections at our request to make sure it’s staying in shape. It has rained BUCKETS since he did the work in July and we are happy to report: NO MORE LEAKS, yay!!! I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

I would highly recommend Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling to anyone in need of a new roof or anyone who doesn't know what shape their roof is in. Brandon did an excellent job of educating me on the various roofing materials, why his company is unique from other roofing companies, and what I should expect as the process. What was even better is the follow through after I chose Phoenix Roofing to replace my roof. They were on time every day, they cleaned up at the end of each day, and completed the project earlier than expected. Brandon visited my house each day throughout the process to make sure that all the roofers were paying attention to all the details we discussed. I have already referred Phoenix Roofing to a friend, and will continue to do so whenever I get the chance!

Could not be happier with Jason, Orlando and the crew. Started the job early, finished early, went above and beyond and left the yard cleaner than to ever been!

Charlie was terrific and so is his crew. Seven of them came up to Payson in one day ripped off to roofs on the house and the garage and finished it. Professional courteous Timely and friendly. He's a man of his word in his prices are good. I recommended him to two other neighbors. Thanks Charlie you're the best.
