Penguin Air won our “truth in advertising” award! After calling a handful of companies advertising 24/7 A/C service and being told it would be “at least next week” before a technician would be available, we called Penguin Air. By now it was 90 degrees in the house and climbing. Jason arrived in under an hour to rescue us. Amazing!!!! He was smart, knowledgeable, professional, polite and he went above and beyond to fix our 15 yr old roof unit (108 degrees outside). Jason and Penguin Air exceeded our expectations and earned our trust. We highly recommend them...we will never call anyone else!

We have used Hobaica for the last 12 years with the installation of a new AC unit. We continued with twice yearly checkups to insure the unit stays in tip-top shape. Our service technician, Justin, does an amazing job evaluating any potential problems to insure we will not experience any breakdowns. I have used Desert Diamond for a few years and have always trusted them since they replaced my full unit. Dontre was my tech today and he was great. Showed me pictures of everything that needed to be fixed, was friendly, knowledgeable, and let me know about services I could take advantage of to save some money...I appreciated that. I will continue to use and recommend them because of staff like Dontre and the others.

Called with a no cool problem. Condenser fan quit working during a heat wave.
Called and explained our problem which included a very elderly resident.
Service call was completed with a full repair by noon.

*Update* April 2021, HVAC unit blew two breakers.
It appeared to be the 'hard start' failing. Mike came prepared with the right parts to get the job done and get the unit back up and running. This is our 11th year with Gabe and we're always happy.

Stellar service. These guys needed to come out multiple times in a row to fix our heat and did so by ensuring we got the best price and they targeted the exact issue. They did so when it was convenient for us and I am so happy with the finished product. They weren’t pushy about needing a new unit, they did give us a quote for a new one when we are ready but didn’t try and sell us something we don’t need right now. I appreciated their honesty and very hard work.

Let me begin with SG’s re-installation of my whole house humidifier. They found that the initial installation by a different company had been a failure. It now runs perfectly because of the excellent work of SG. As a result of their work, they are now my go-to HVAC team. I can absolutely refer SG for their excellent work and customer service.

I was very pleased with the service and quality of installation. I followed a neighbor’s recommendation to use Day/Night to install a mini-split AC system in my garage. The sales tech met me within a day or so, and the install was scheduled on a day of my convenience a few days later. The 3 man crew were very polite and total professionals with the way they ran the electrical and hose connections, and even painted the covers with house paint I supplied. The final result was a very professional look to the project. When I had a question with the phone app for controling the system, a supervisor showed up and made sure the techs had the right equipment so I can control the AC system with the app.

Usually I do not write reviews but I chose to write one for this company even though I did not use their service. I was in need for 5T heat pump replacement. I called numerous vendors in valley for best price. Out of all vendors I had one of the best quote from Frank. Frank was very professional and provided me with many options with different price bases. His quotes were very good. I just could not use them as our schedule had a little conflict and Franks was very flexible to make it work for me but I did not have much flexibility on my end. I would recommend this company based on Frank's honesty and professionalism.

Wow! Truly a blessing. I called them today after a horrifying experience with a scam artist HVAC company this morning. I had been without air for 1.5 days. The woman I spoke to initially was so nice and checked how far one of their technicians was from my address. I could not believe when she said he could make his way over TODAY. James showed up within 3 hours and could not have been more helpful. He was on my roof in the sweltering sun for a long time running tests and making sure everything was ok. It ended up being a very small fix but he was so extremely thorough, informative and kind. Thank you James and AZ Perfect Comfort!! Highly recommend.
