I needed a toilet replaced and Don came out and handled it with ease. When a problem surfaced, he took care of it. Made it look easy and finished quickly.

The technicians and staff with Parker & Sons are punctual, experienced, and attentive. They offer many services and multiple options for repair/replacement when needed. I received communication throughout the process, including reminder calls. I just started the maintenance program and plan to be a part of the Parker & Sons family for as long as I live in Arizona.

Hays is very responsive, in constant communication regarding tech arrival and very clean and professional. They explain everything until you understand all issues, options, costs, and are very knowledgeable about equipment and fair with their pricing. I signed up for the annual maintenance program and would highly recommend their services. My unit is 17 years old and will hopefully keep me cool for a few more years!

Penguin Air & Plumbing was such a pleasure to work with. Scheduling was very easy and flexible. I received a couple of texts (including a brief bio & picture of our technician) and a phone call to update me on the ETA of our technician. Amir was the gentleman that came out to the house, and he was so wonderful! We had some unexpected repairs needed, and Amir took the time to explain everything (a few times so I could understand ?), presented a few options to resolve the issues, and was incredibly patient while we figured out what to do. It’s never easy parting with hard-earned money, especially if it isn’t planned. If you have to do it though, it’s nice to work with such professional and courteous people! And the customer service at Penguin is pretty outstanding as well! The air is back up and running, and we are cooler than ever, if you can believe it!

Had a clogged sink drain from peeling too many potatoes into the garbage disposal. It was 8pm and I found plumbing on Google. They had good reviews and they provided 24 hour service. I called them and everyone was helpful. Frank was awesome, professional and did a great job! Definitely gonna use them again

Donely Plumbing, came out yesterday and had the audacity to quote me $14K to repair a broken water main or $20K to replace it! While I was in the midst of a full fledged panic attack, my sister researched and found that it shouldn’t be more than 5K. I got a callback from the 2nd pro that I’d left a message for, Everhart Plumbing, and he quoted me $3500 for pipe replacement, plus he changed the head on the outside spigot and added a back-flow valve that was missing for free! I’m so impressed with his work and honesty that I’ve hired him to install a water filtration system and to replace my kitchen faucet. Really, Donley, $20,000? Price gouging at its best!

I'm very happy with Chas Roberts. The rep(Jimmy) who came out to my house was knowledgeable, thorough and sympathetic to my concerns. He prepared a reasonable price quote and followed up with everything he promised to deliver. The installation crew was on time and completed the job same day. They went out of their way to make sure my home was not damaged. They were great about cleaning up and making sure I understood how the new system worked.

My downstairs bathroom sink required a completely new piping. When something valuable dropped down the drain, my boyfriend disassembled it but was unable to reassemble it. The entire structure was deteriorating and ancient. I dialled his number ( the very 1st plumber I found and read reviews about). I had a 9-11am appointment, but they arrived BEFORE the allotted time, which was fantastic. The components arrived quickly and were installed the same day! Very courteous, and considerate of my house. Wearing masks and protective footwear! The pricing was also reasonable. I would highly suggest them and would absolutely use them again if I need another plumbing work.

Greg was prompt, professional and thorough while performing the maintenance on the heating unit. He explained his findings and provided recommendations in layman’s terms with visuals. It was encouraging to have a person deliver quality service who genuinely cared about his customer.

I wish I had known about Scott and his business sooner. I will definitely be using again in the future!

Jaxon and team was very knowledgeable about services and products provided. The repair we needed was completed by his teammate while Jaxon explained each step in the process and answered all of our questions.
