Tony was wonderful and of great help when he came to install a new air conditioner after the old one broke down and our house was unbearable. I called and within a very short time they set up installation. He was very friendly and kept me posted on the progress of the work and left the work area spotless.

Called Ryan at 8pm and he was here at 7am the next morning. He spent 40 minutes troubleshooting the problem to find out an electrician had shut off a switch in the attic. He didn't charge me a dime for his service. He's the only AC/heating guy I'll ever use now.

George is responsive, professional and reasonable. He came out on Father’s Day to service our unit and fixed the problem in quick fashion. And he did not charge a premium for the weekend or the Holiday. Thank you George for the great service! Pete

Great Company and Prompt Service

Our ac stopped working at 11:30 pm. My husband called at least 6 places until he got a hold of DS. It was late on a Friday night but someone still answered the phone, and willing to help. They were at our house to fix it in less than 30 min. The guy was honest, and had our ac back up and running in no time. I highly recommend Desert State!
