Best Air Conditioning A C in Phoenix AZ

I had the great pleasure to have Barrett from A.P.E.S assigned to my kitchen renovation project. He arrived on time, was extremely friendly and efficient. I tend to stress a lot with home improvement, but Barrett made me so comfortable with the job he was doing. Many thanks to A.P.E.S. and Barrett for outstanding customer service!

After calling several companies found Hays and they sent out Justin to look at our issues and he was on time and fixed everything at a great price. Went above an beyond expectation

Designated technician,ZED was quite friendly and (appeared) knowledgable and reasonable(considering my particular circumstances)...Gave me bad news about my system issue(s) but i already expected it,since damn thing is now INOP,,but not FUBAR as many inexperienced NEWBIES would state due to age of the unit..I have signed up for their maintenance plan as it has beneficial services for the LONG term survivability and operation of the system. Up to this review,,so far so (very) good. 23may2022 I hope they are reliable and honest...Will update soon,also.

Alex was our tech. He was very knowledgeable. He only suggested what we really needed. He wasn’t pushy. I like that he took video of our AC unit while he was testing the capacitor. He also showed us the video after her replaced it. Would absolutely recommend.

North Valley Mechanical sent Anthony out and he did great job! customer service is important to me and I believe Anthony has great customer service and is very knowledgeable about his job. if I need to have someone come back out for future work, I would recommend and request him

Replacement. Complete installation of HVAC system (Trane 20.5 variable). I would recommend using them to others. Just waiting for rebates which they take care of for you. Great communication, timely, professional from start to finish.

Technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. They found the problem and took care of it. They Will follow up to make sure everything is working as it should. You don’t see that kind of service anymore. They were very accommodating on the warranty of our unit.

Update: Andrew and Mathew came back out free of charge and inspected the system to make sure the unit was functioning properly. GREAT FOLLOW UP BY AN AWESOME TEAM.

We were very happy with the very quick response to have our heater fixed. The current model we had was 10 years old and we decided to replace and upgrade. Brandon L and Justin M were extremely professional, efficient and guaranteed we had all questions answered. It’s always a surprise having to spend additional money without notice however we know we made the right choice and with the right company. We are happy to have an upgraded AC/HEAT UNIT and glad to have good guys to call for any trouble we may have. Thank you!

More like Valley's worst. My home warranty picked this company for my AC not cooling issue last month. 5 weeks, 2 start capacitors, 1 control board, 90° nights of restless sleep. I, my wife and 2 daughters were duped. Conversations with Chase were not optimistic, but felt like he was blaming me for a faulty ac. Are you kidding me. They just put bandaids on. I received authority to change service companies, my AC is working tonight after a new condenser fan motor was installed. It took 1 hour to do the job right. Could've saved weeks of misery. Beware! Don't hire these guys. They will lie to you about amp readings to not have to do their jobs. Pretty obvious what the problem was said our new hvac company.

The employee's were professional and friendly when we had our New AC installed. They made sure the ducts/vents were good at installment. Maintenance is never an issue and Kevin shows up early or on time. We swapped out the thermostat that came with the New AC system, however could not figure out how to use it. Although the company did not install or sell it. They were still willing to come and help the best they could on figuring out how to connect it. Any concerns I have had, they have been prompt on coming to help and explain my confusion. lol

Henny came very promptly at 8 today. He checked everything on our air conditioning unit saw some damage and immediately fixed everything

EXCELLENT company for our air/heat system installation! Pricewas extremely reasonable (did compare), quality, professional, friendly workers who were punctual, neat, focused & knowledgeable about the job at hand. They actually adjusted the airflow in the house & found one duct that was squished, & fixed that. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND SGMechanical. They will come out 2X after installation for free to assess the system & make sure you are happy with it. Customer Service is truly top-notch. Trustworthy, honest folks.

I was very pleased with the service and quality of installation. I followed a neighbor’s recommendation to use Day/Night to install a mini-split AC system in my garage. The sales tech met me within a day or so, and the install was scheduled on a day of my convenience a few days later. The 3 man crew were very polite and total professionals with the way they ran the electrical and hose connections, and even painted the covers with house paint I supplied. The final result was a very professional look to the project. When I had a question with the phone app for controling the system, a supervisor showed up and made sure the techs had the right equipment so I can control the AC system with the app.

We needed a new AC but they replaced all the parts and now it's running like new! King Mechanical, LLC was quick to help us with our needs. They also installed a new thermostat and it didn't take long at all. I highly recommend them. Very friendly, on time, inexpensive and fast!!!

Of all companies we have dealt with in the past 25 years of owning our home, we have NEVER had this GREAT experience. Our AC unit was not cooling. Janna set up appointment. Fred and Leo were here right on time.
As we expected our 25 year old unit had ruined coils, rusted pan and no freon. Fred took his time and gave us all options. We decided to go with a new unit. Instead of telling us what we should buy, he gave us options again and let us decide.
After giving him our choice. Our new unit was installed in one day.
We can not express how easily this went.
If anyone has AC problems I would highly recommend Az Perfect Comfort.
