The guys that came out to install my new windows and sliding doors did a great job! Finished all 3 sliding doors and two upstairs windows in one day! They were friendly and hard working! Not only did they face a challenge due to finding out that the previous windows were installed very poorly and only stuck on to the stucco of the home! They also took the time to show and explain what they had discovered and took the extra time to install the new windows correctly! They all look and work beautifully! These guys were awesome! I am in the process of renovating my master bedroom. Part of the renovation included installing a large three panel window on my north wall. I had a small window already there. I had the contractor frame out the space in the wall for the window, but it was a weird fit because of the size and spacing of the wall. (This was an older home). I needed a custom fit window. The following week, the installer brought the window and needed materials and installed the window in no time at all. He even cleaned up his materials and the area from the installation process and mess. It was so easy and complete. I am elated with my new windows and how painless it was to get them installed. Freelite did an outstanding job at our home; we needed more light in the study; they came out to assess the situation and together the decided on the size and the location. This also necessitated some roof work (this was a flat roof). Their subcontractors were each efficient, pleasant, and diligent. The job was accomplished quickly and well and we couldn't be more happy.

Had my back sliding glass door replaced. Great quality product that works great and the salesman was okay, but what I was really impressed with was the technicians that came out for the installation. Robert F. and Brandon H. were the most professional and hard working tradesman I’ve ever dealt with. They told me exactly what they were doing, did the job quickly (30 minutes quicker than they estimated!) and efficiently and even left the area they were working cleaner than they found it. Imperial Windows & Sunscreens install all new windows throughout my house replacing the 1987 single pane with new Simonton double pane windows. Bob was a great sales person very responsive and I had a quote the same day. It did take 8 weeks for the windows to arrive but that was expected, the owner John contacted me when they found that the windows were going to take an extra week to arrive. The installers, a married couple showed up early and on time for two days and worked quickly and efficiently and did a great job on my windows. Excellent quality and the best price of the 3 companies I had quote. Love my new windows - so much quieter inside and cooler. Thank you!

Terrible experience and horrible quality with literally ZERO response to our emails and calls.

We ordered and paid the price of a new car for two gray sliders. The crew even had grey caulk/sealant and trim to match the grey doors they were supposed to install.

The doors are 100% brown and look terrible. You can see the brown door vs grey sealant and grey “trim” in the pictures, against the two shades of grey in our house DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will extract money and literally never call you back.
