I live in a rental and the home owner has A.P.E.S come out for a water leak from the AC unit. Adam showed up on time, was consciously social distancing and got right to work. He found the issue, made the repair and took the time to talks to me a about what happened. I have been in industrial maintenance for over 30 years and I know what these guys go through. To have such a great customer service experience at 6 PM or anytime is a great thing.

I contacted the company to let them know about Adam's work. At 7 PM I received an e-mail form Ralph Flores, the president of the company, thanking me for contacting them. Leadership, customer service and quality workmanship start at the top of an organization. These people understand that and live by it.

Kyle came in and saved the day. The shower handle was not giving any hot water. He quickly discovered that another company had installed it improperly. He fixed it without adding any new parts There was absolutely NO CHARGE for his service, not even a service call charge. Unbelievable.

The team that came out to do the work were so professional, friendly, knowledgeable and great to work with. They kept the place clean and we really did not know they were there. Great job team

Freddy dod a wonderful job on my a/c. He explained what needed to be done to the system and why.

Our family had the pleasure of getting a new AC unit this past week. Our apartment complex Montero at Dana Park contracted with Alliance and let me tell you...we met a gentleman named Able Chacon and he was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, patient, took all clean protocols...I mean this guy was on point. From the moment they arrived on scene, to taking everything apart, his coworker Damien securing the crane...then finally putting everything together, running the new system for testing. It was great to see how efficient and well thought out Able Chacon handled this job!! Thank you Ryan for allowing me to give credit where credit is due!! Great job Alliance!! ??????

After the installation was completed, the installers took the time to explain how to use and maintain the Pure water system. They also made sure that everything was working properly before they left. I appreciated their attention to detail and their commitment to customer satisfaction.

A lateral sewer clog produced a backlog, which I discovered early. On a Saturday afternoon, though, there are no toilets, showers, or basins. Because it was an emergency, I called these men solely on the basis of web reviews. The staff arrived in less than an hour, provided a fair and affordable quotation, and then completed the work. Recommended!!

Jeremy from Day&Night is awesome! He goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy and how to use your equipment. He installed three new thermostats and an air scrubber. They look awesome and work great. Been using Jeremy since him and his father in law owned their own HVAC and happy to see he is able to give the same great service as when it was a family owned business. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fair and reliable HVAC or plumbing company.
