Seth Martin is an exemplary employee of Day and Night Plumbing. He is personable, professional, and, oh so knowledgeable. He has been to my home on numerous occasions to conduct routine maintenance inspections as well as repairs. I ask for him by name since I am confident that he will complete whatever task he encounters with expertise and efficiency. In addition, he completes his work with a sunny disposition and a positive attitude. He is always smiling; and, more importantly, he puts a smile on my face when he completes his work.

I sent an email at 4:30 pm describing the problem. Danelle responded within an hour and scheduled a visit for the next morning. Joe was thorough. He showed me how to re-initialize the system which sometimes fixes some problems. He checked everything and confirmed that the system was working properly before he left.

Justin has been servicing both my AC & heater for a year. He is absolutely fabulous! He is on time, excellent with repairs & maintenance, polite..I couldn't ask for more, except I do request him to always be my service technician. AZ Perfect Comfort took what could have been a long, uncomfortable situation for my family and made it a shining example of what good customer service can do.

Our A/C went out on a Sunday night. It was set to be 117 degrees that week. I left a message with AZ Perfect Comfort. Ray arrived early the next morning. Ray had our A/C bandaged and temporary cooling. Ray took the time to explain what happened and our options. After a very thorough discussion and subsequent high-quality estimate from Fred, we decided to replace our 10 year old system.

Dan and Ray arrived early to completely replace our system. They were done by noon. Fast, efficient and personable. I especially liked the color Dan used to describe our new system.

The front office kept me informed of the process and assured all details were in place for a smooth transition.

The temperature in our house is now more even that it ever has been. A much more comfortable home of my family. Thank you!

Alien Air is AMAZING!! I had a part replaced on my air conditioner and mentioned I needed some duct repair from the October storm. Other places stayed a minimum of $2500 to work on it. Alien not only fixed the ductwork but sealed and a bit more for more than less than half the others price.
BEST? Jamison and Jose were professional, friendly and actually cleaned up after their work was done. They explained everything; offered suggestions but never pushed anything.
I HIGHLY recommend this company.

Purchased an .75 ton 9,000 BTU Mitsubishi straight cool Mini Split 24.5 seer from Lincoln Air. After researching different brands, I decided on the Mitsubishi system. I received estimates from Lincoln Air and two HVAC companies for the same unit. Lincoln Air price was by far the best. The installation of the unit went very smoothly, the installers did a great job of hiding the wiring from the unit to the electrical box. I would highly recommend using Lincoln Air.

My home is 20 years old and I have had service every year with Comfort One to keep my units in the best possible shape. Comfort One are honest and it’s nice to see they don’t try to get the most money out of a job. They charge you according to the necessity of the Job and no more. They have kept my units in great shape throughout the years.

They are extremely professional and readily available to help you with your Air/Heating needs. It’s nice to know there are still honest people out there in the Companies they promote. I’ve NEVER had poor service from Comfort One Air Conditioning.

Today I had them install 2 new Thermostats and the gentleman was so kind to not only install my thermostats but he also helped me complete me the download on my iPhone. He set everything up for me and even showed me how to change the temps from my phone when I am out. As far as I’m concerned this company goes above and beyond for AZ residents - ??

HVAC complete installation. On time, friendly, worked non-stop, cleaned up afterwards, all old equipment was hauled away. The new system cooled the house (2800 sq.ft.) down from 85 to 78 in 15 mins.. The entire transaction was quick and efficient from talking to Pam to the end of the installation. I truly hope this will be an excellent relationship for the life of the units.

Technician said our AC/heating unit was working great, but insisted we really needed to get a new AC immediately because freon would be phased out and our home warranty AC coverage was discontinued as a result. Why should we prematurely replace a well functioning unit? The presentation and wording came across like scare tactic or high pressure sales. This actually ended up causing a rift between us and our home warranty company where we cancelled on them.
