From my very first contact with Kenny, the owner I have been extremely impressed. He sticks to his timelines, he worked with the timeline limitations that I had, and he is very responsive.

I spoke with Amy on the phone who was extremely knowledgeable about AC systems. She walked me through the entire process for a home that I was getting ready to sell. Prompt and on time service from the service tech Brad who was very thorough and made sure to do things the right way not the easy way. Absolute pleasure working with A & M Mechanical as a whole. Five Stars for the new air conditioning unit and five stars for the service! I called Comfort Experts LLC from google and they were on the ball; they had my A/C up and running impeccably. I am very happy with this company and how personable they are, they really know customer service. No one can deny Comfort Experts is the top rated A/C company in the valley, I know thats a big claim but I tried calling numerous air conditioning businesses in Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert and Queen Creek; thier estimated quotes were coming in extremely high and/or some were not showing up for our appointment. I want to thank Comfort Experts for the quality work and quality service they have given me, I will be using these guys for all of my Air conditioning needs.

George was attentive, professional and completed our AC repair in a timely manner. Losing AC during an Arizona summer is never a good thing and George had a tech dispatched early the next morning after our after-hour call. Got a walk-in shower for my grandparents who have had the same original bath since they purchased their home back in 1987. The installers were professional and the work was beautiful, what a change and for the best. My sister and I loved their bath so much we decided to upgrade ours which is getting put in next week.
