My warranty recommended this company. The tech came out (Richard I believe was his name) and caused more problems. He said he replaced the motor and had to come back less than an hour later because the AC still wasn’t working and as it turns out he knocked the air duct off in the attic and was unwilling to fix it. (The new AC tech I hired said air ducts just don’t fall off and the last guy was negligent). Anyway he said he needed authorization from the home warranty company to fix it and they were closed but I said I will pay you or someone from your company to fix it now and he said to call someone else. Not willing to work and leave customers in the heat. This is your job or find a new career! Lazy and unprofessional. Made us wait 4 days for the appointment too. Run away!

Jacob came out and did a complete inspection of the system. He then made recommendations of what's required also pointing out what isn't required but nice to have.
The job was promised to start and finish the next day. They kept the promise. Also all the communication was straight forward and upfront.
The new water heater installation looks very professional and I can see that attention to detail was important to the installation crew.

This morning a had Junior come out to service my A/C and to discuss why different parts of my house don't seem to cool like other parts. He easy and simply explained how my air conditioning system works and came up with multiple options not to just service but to also upgrade it. Called to see about having my air fixed. The man that answered couldn't be bothered to talk into the phone-he mumbled the whole call. I have a national service plan that can be honored by any Rudd authorized dealer. When I asked if they worked with the warranty company his answer was uh. I don't think so.. I said it was a yes/no question. Its getting very hot in my house. He then said no and hung up. Wow. All the great reviews here and this was the first impression? Huh. I won't call them back and try again.

We've used Alien Air to service/fix our AC since 2017. They have always been great to work with. Our AC is newer but too big for our house, but they never tried to sell us a new one unlike some other companies who just want to make a sale. They have worked with us on how to keep it efficient so it doesn't eat up our electricity.

Every technician has been great to work with and super knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my AC needs.
