Without a doubt, hands-down Rockman Pool Service is the best ever! My pool was a serious mess ( mostly because of my DIY method). After trying everything under the sun to get my pool back to normal and failing horribly, I conceded and started looking for a pool service. Fortunately for me I found Rockman Pool Service.

Matt's team came in and drained it, acid washed it, and came back and added the required chemicals after I finished refilling it with water.

Not only is Matt good at his job, but he's also very honest which is hard to find nowadays! When I called him to give him my payment information I told him the price that I thought he had quoted when I initially contacted him, and he said no that's incorrect, the price I quoted you was $50 cheaper; he could've excepted the extra $50 and I would never have known but he didn't he was honest. Because of their work ethic, Rockman pool surface will now be my pool guys for life!

Just put 5000 miles after using their Great Service and will now say WOW! They brought my Filters to spec and cleared my Check Engine on my Cascadia DD15. She’s running great and like I said 5000 miles is sufficient enough to say This Works hands down! The One Year warranty is ridiculous and alone is worth the money. The guys there are New School with an Old School “ Get it done RIGHT” mentality!

Technician Joshua arrived on time to certify that the chimney was safe and functional to we could close on the house sale. He was young but very knowledgeable, wrote a complete report, took photos to satisfy the new buyer. You could not have paid me enough to get up on that step roof but he did it to satisfy himself that the inspection was accurate. Techs like that are hard to find. Excellent company they get things done in a quick and professional way

I had been with them for over 3 years. The initial service was pretty great, however it seems that there was a fundamental change in things starting about 2 years ago. The techs kept showing up without the gate key, I had two guys show up two days in a row, one saying my service was moved over and now handled by the business level service. I told them as long as my pool gets cleaned, I'm ok with that. Around that same time, I've had sub-par service from them only to have price increases and a decrease in the quality of service. They say they brushed the pool, but it just looks like a few scribbles through the pool leaving a trail where they did brush, only accentuating the areas they did not. This last 4th of July, I had it when I had to brush AND vacuum my pool after it was in embarrassing condition to have guests over. I shouldn't have to do this when spending $155 a month. I've been working to find a replacement service and just canceled them this morning. A note to management: Whatever changes you made starting a couple years ago..........were terrible changes and there was a distinct dive in the quality of service from your company. I thankfully got Jessica on the phone this morning to cancel my service after calling several times only to be sent to voicemail. She was pleasant and easy to work with. I just wish I wasn't required to find a new service after all this time.
